I like Keybank.I am adjusting to the organizational cultural changes in this Belmar Branch that have manifested in eliminating all but one teller lines and replacing them with customer service at the banker's desks.There are pros and cons of the changes.It is frustrating that one - of the two available drive thru lines is always closed.I have stayed with them through this transition because I really, really enjoy Kelsey their banker.She is extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable.Kelsey gets 5 stars from me - hands down!

This bank is horrible. I have been banking hee for 5 years and have had nothing but bad experiences and service. My wife came in yesterday to deposit her state refund check. Was told 100 dollars would be available that day and the rest today. Low and behold its tge next day and no money in my account. Che j was for 700 and we had a 2700 balance in our accou t before deposit went in. So we has enough to cover but obviously that don't matter. Horrible Disappointed!!!! ?

I have been coming to this bank for over 5 years and I have nothing but good things to say about this bank and the people that work there. Anakaren Sosa is always great and helpful she has great customer service skills and is unconditionally friendly. JP, the manager is one of the best managers I have ever had to deal with. Not just at a bank, but any business. JP has excellent customer service skills and he is genuinely happy to help. He has classic sincerity that is hard to find now days.

KeyBank ATM took a cash withdrawal and never credited to my account. You file a dispute and you have to wait 8 to 10 business days. Wow really come on. I feel highly insulted, and neglected and emotional distressed. Do not Bank with KeyBank is going to be my answer. They do not care about there customers period
