“I unreservedly give 5 stars to the Laundry Yard. It is the best laundromat I have experienced. The Laundry Yard is clean and aesthetically appealing. The staff are friendly and highly competent. There is one staff member, in particular, that I would like to recognize. It has been awhile since I have seen him, so I fear he may no longer be an employee of the Laundry Yard. Dave is a hard worker and has always been quite helpful. Dave also seems to recognize that the Laundry Yard is more than a facility in which to do laundry. It is a community. Dave's Coffee Club is an example of the way in which he has created a spirit of community in this business. Dave is an inspiration and a definite asset to the Laundry Yard.”

“WOW A place where they step up the Service.Jackie was recently hired!! Obviously these people know how to stay in good business. The place is clean, organized, with a more personal touch! Jackie has a great sense of humor and professional honor - I'm not that familar with Laundry mat service, have not required one for decades, and Terry is great, Jackie STEPPED IT UP MULTIPLE NOTCHES. Tremendous value to everyone!!!!Terry immediately stepped in to help me, he did everything perfectly for time consideration and the fact Terry is BUSY.Great laundromat, very clean!! Lots of choices in saving money! Nice respectful people! Huge amount of selections from size of washers to dryers.Sunday is monolithically busy!! Head ups. But What a Place.Easy access off of Colfax into shopping mall. Remember, Sunday is busy, yet with 62 washer and different dryers. What a place, have been to a laundromat for over 37+ years. “We washed four big winter blankets tonight and were a bit shocked at the price of the wash, but the wash was good and the dryers were awesome. I was able to connect to the WiFi and do my homework too which was a huge plus. The laundry attendant woman made us feel way more comfortable using the machines bc the majority of the time we were there, she was cleaning the machines and I’m specific about how I clean! Good experience, will be back!”

“In the defense of the man who tends the laundromat; if you have no business being there, then you're not going to be allowed to just chill, or use the bathroom to take a shower/smoke fentanyl. Three different people came in when I was there who were CLEARLY not there to do laundry, and I'm GLAD that guy was there to shoo them off. I'm pretty sure *most* of the bad reviews about the man are "those" people.I'm pleased that I gave this laundromat a chance a few weeks ago because it IS clean, it has the cheapest double-loaders in town, and dryer #27 only takes 3 quarters for 2 double-loads of my clothes. I did a family of fours laundry for the week tonight, for under $10! I only use the newer washers on the far east side, and have never had an issue. They actually spin out really good!This was my 3rd time at Scotch Wash and I observed the attendant sweep inside and outside *twice*, wiped down all of the washers/dryers/seats/counters not in use, and cleaned the restroom. Sure it's an older place, and 3 or 4 machines were down, but every time I've been there it's tidy, quiet, and most importantly, safe.I do suggest bringing hand sanitizer or wipes to clean your hands as there is no soap in the restroom. I personally like to sanitize my folding area before use, so wipes come in handy. They don't offer wifi, and do not accept cards. There are no vending machines for drinks or snacks, but there's Wendy's and 7 Eleven nearby.If you want to do your laundry in your neighbourhood and in peace- aka no blaring phones, no children running amuck, no fentanyl smell, no tweekers, no one shooting up or taking a shower in the bathroom, no one asking you for money- THIS is the place.”

“Beautiful laundromat! All the machines are new and work well. There are plenty of machines of all sizes. They have clean and well working restrooms and change machines. The staff is very nice. You can pay with your phone via an app, so you do not even need quarters! They sell snacks and drinks and even have a kids area. $1.25/pound for wash dry fold next day!! Highly recommend this laundromat!”
