Do NOT purchase remanufactured parts like this one... I purchased a remanufactured rack & pinion ($450) 3 years ago...the boots are cracked & the bushing wore out...also I was get resistance when turning the vehicle... the inner tie rods are loose & clunking... I went in today to get my money back & was refused a refund on lifetime warrant...instead the only option I was given was for a part replacement... I took the new part & was sold a banged up one...the metal lines are kinked & bent... The paint job basically covers the whole part...even the rubber bushings...plus side is it does have TOYOTA stamped on it (as requested by me)...

Love this auto parts store. I was a very loyal customer to Auto Zone for years, but one day when the assistant at the auto zone next door to this place did not know how to test my car battery, I took it to this napa. The worker was fabulous and read that my battery was no good. He helped me find the right one for my car, and even helped me install the battery posts onto the new battery. They lent me all the tools to install the battery, then the man came out to make sure I had installed it correctly before starting my car. This experience won me over as a customer, and since I have had many great experiences here. Staff deserves a raise and an A+

Wow, this store really sucks. They did not have my online order ready although they had all day to put it together. They never called me because they didn't have spark plug wires and had to order from Utah. I made them get together what they had and waited forever for the old lady who could barely speak English, she was the only one working there. Ended up going to Checker for the wires because the other 2 NAPA stores near by sucked as well.Moral of the Story: Don't go to NAPA stores in poor areas like Colfax and along Federal. Driver to a much farther store in a nicer area for better service. And no NAPA, I'm not emailing your customer service so you can spam me with surveys.

Most of the staff is older experienced parts people but some kid that had no common sense wasted a about an hour of my time on some rotors, which he then had to go get someone to carry for him because he was not strong enough to lift them? Really, that was just as lazy as it gets. He could have, he just didn't want to work.

I just wanted to take a minute to compliment Nick at this location. I came in for a handful of items and was searching for a very specific type of tie down which I had been using for years but finally wore out. Nick showed me the stock on the shelf, went in the back to look for anything else they might have, and was unable to find the part I was describing. I went back out to my car and walked across the street to another auto parts store looking for that particular strap. They didn't have what I was looking for. As I was coming back over to my car Nick was coming out of the building with a printout of the exact part I was looking for. He told me they had one in stock and found it for me. As far as he knew I was already long gone but he took the time to come out and look for me. This was an absolutely stellar experience and Nick is the type of employee that any store should feel lucky to have.

I live a half an hour from this NAPA, which had a muffler that I was after, and the NAPA employee not only found the muffler to verify that they indeed had it in stock, but took pictures of it as well just to send me. I couldn't have had a better experience!!
