The Sheraton Denver West Hotel offers a great stay with fantastic service and an amazing, friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Guests describe clean, spacious rooms with great views, though some note minor wear. The hotel is beautiful and currently undergoing a remodel, including renovations to the pool. Its location provides easy access to downtown, the federal center, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, making it a perfect venue for events and a convenient choice for concertgoers. The on-site restaurant serves quite delicious food, including delicious burgers, the best fries, tasty pancakes, and a spicy chicken sandwich, despite sometimes limited hours. The atmosphere is welcoming, with smooth check-in and a management team that ensures an incredible experience for all guests. Many consider it the best hotel in the Denver area.
Nice hotel. Great location to Casa Bonita, Red Rocks and Coors Field. Rooms are very large and spacious. One problem. The mattress was lumpy. Needs to be replaced

The stay was good in general but there was a bad smell all over the hotel especially in parking area and near the elevators and we couldn’t breathe. Something was bad not sure if it was just that day but it wasn’t pleasant

Want to give a huge shout out to Trevino and Chef T in the kitchen staff . Everytime I come with my family to this hotel the servings are ALWAYS on point ! And I cant say that about alot of hotels while i am traveling in denver . I hope this place knows the worth they are because alot of places the kitchen staff simply... read full comment
