“Thankfully the staff has a quick turnover when they are rude. This visit was great Will was super helpful. The rooms are cleaner and parking lot has been cleaned up. It’s been a couple of years since I e stayed here but I’m glad to see things improving. Maybe the pool will be open this season unlike the past7 yearsRooms: Better i still miss the fridge and microwave but i think you can get them in the ‘deluxe’ roomsWalkability: Lots of stuff around itNoteworthy details: No 7 11 but there is a few restaurants and fast food place within walking distance . “Everyone in the staff was awesome and had exceptional customer service skills. They were very helpful and accommodating during my long stay. Made things go smooth for me and went above and beyond where other hotels seem to fall short and do things that are convenient for them. The hospitality was so refreshing and much appreciated. The rooms were clean and location was good. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and convenience stores.”

“We have stayed at a lot of extended stays and this one has been amazing for us. The staff is always quick to address any issues we have, offer beyond reasonable solutions and always have treated us kindly. From the front desk, the housekeepers, maintenance and groundskeepers as well as the GMs, everyone has always been courteous, respectful and understanding. I even recieved help from one of the staff members getting my kiddos to the room door without asking (he politely offered). We have not had any disappointments and this has been like a home to us. Billy and Haleigh thank you for always accomodating us! To the rest of the staff and you know who you are, we appreciate you and all your hard work here. You are amazing guys! “A group of us stayed here for a relative's funeral. The rooms were nice. Our bathroom outlet didn't work, and the sleeper sofa was off its track, so we contacted the staff and were quickly attended to. They couldn't fix our issues in a timely manner, so gave us a new room and gave us some money off for our second night's stay. The breakfast is really yummy, too. Fast forward I flew home and couldn't find a small makeup bag. I contacted the hotel through their texting app (so handy) and chatted with Heather. She went above and beyond searching for my lost item - even looking through the garbage for me! And then I ended up finding it at home after all. I was embarrassed, but Heather was gracious. I highly recommend this place to you! They will go the extra mile if needed. ?”

“Enjoyed my stay, despite a myriad of issues – many outside their control. I sat at the bar for dinner one night, and the meal was so big that it actually was dinner that night, as well as having enough leftovers for lunch for the next two days . A snowstorm caused staff to arrive late one morning, resulting in breakfast being a late and hurried start of our day. A malfunctioning elevator meant we had to use the service elevator to get to our rooms because every time you press the elevator button, the (malfunctioning) elevator doors would open, but couldn’t take you where you needed to go. Overall though, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and extremely apologetic for the inconveniences. Little challenges are part of life and staff there did everything they could to smooth out the bumps along the way.”

“Stayed here like five times now. It's pretty much the same price at Motel 6 and would stay here over that sht hole any day. Motel 6 is so depressing and claustrophobic it sucks. It's no Embassy Suit but would take the $105 over their $180 a night any day. Customer service and front desk is friendly from what I've encountered. I especially like it here in the spring, it's like heaven. Spacious rooms and parking lot with room to breath and relax. The continental breakfast could be better but could be worse. My bathroom was nice with good hot water. Adequate coffee. Happy. Will return.”
“The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The customer service great, they delivered extra comforters to our room upon request. The room was quiet and I was able to get wonderful sleep, even on New Year’s Eve. Adequate on site parking available.”
