Doctor's office told me they had sent refill to this Walgreens multiple times and Walgreens always says they can't see refill on their end. Tried calling the Walgreens pharmacy 3-4 times to verify, each call I waited for 30 min+. No one ever answered. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

This particular Walgreens is understaffed and needs help. I was on the phone, waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get a prescription refilled. Something needs to be done to improve customer service. Please help them with additional staff. Thank you for your time.
