Trained associates hand pick groceries, bring them to the car, and load them for shoppers. The Walmart Grocery app lets people know when an order is ready, and shoppers can check in with the app before heading to the store so the order waits. Many shoppers find the store convenient and the prices good. The store has many choices and is a go to place when items are not found elsewhere. Some shoppers appreciate the local community and avoid crossing picket lines. A negative note is a disruptive person who ran up and down aisles, yelled at others, and ate food off shelves.
The store is better staffed than it was in the past. They have updated how staff accesaes items behind plexiglass so they don't have to find who has the keys. Shopping is much quicker because of that. I will say the staff is friendly & helpful.

Walmart is working to make the experience good and trying to keep prices acceptable. Need to have more offers on Roll back . Need to track what customers are buying and then send out coupons for those items. It's busy and it's sometimes a pain but what store isn't. They keep fresh stuff and rotate their food. That's all I can ask for. Doesn't hurt that if you're generally kind they are very nice. Don't play though, they don't put up with BS. 😂
