We especially love Elizabeth - a kind, compassionate person who exemplifies the knowledge and experience to promote healthy food and lifestyle choices. She's always pleasant to talk to, and we are always happy to see her. They have just a whole row of shelving for energy bars, meal replacement bars, protein bars. These have saved me countless times from going to a fast food place for a bite to eat and a much better trade off for my body. Parking is acceptable, wheelchair accessible and reasonable for thr shopping area. There are two entrances, but the one to the right of the building is the way to start. Self checkout is plentiful and the checkout process is really quick either way!!”

They have a good selection of products, produce is well kept fresh every time I go, whoever manages and works the produce section could teach a thing or to about it to other stores. Especially to a certain red striped themed brand down the street (eastward), believe me, I happen to formerly know those people few years back of this, let's just say they were the kind of people who couldn't give a rat's hoot about hand hygiene, and they'd be touching stuff without a care in the world, and we wonder why stuff spoils so easily, over there at least. Though I do find the bakery to be meager every time I peruse the bagels and donuts, but I'm rarely bothered by it. Overall, I'm adequately satisfied with this Safeway branch.”

KING SOOPERS is the best out of all of them because it’s so calm the shopping and the people are nice and also they were out of potatoes the other day and I was really sad because I really needed a bag of potatoes right cause that’s the only thing I can eat right now due to a tooth issue and so I asked the gentleman that was working in produce. I think his name was Reese and he was very happy to go get me some more of the potatoes that were on sale so a big thank you for doing that thanks, Reese.”

    “This is a King Soopers where I've been going to since I was a kid, since I was too young to remember. I still visit from time to time, it's still the closest King Soopers to my mom. But I never visit the fresh herbs, and rarely anything in the veggie case except peppers or carrots. Mom sent me there to pick up herbs, and stuff I'd never heard of for short ribs. The place was packed (Christmas next week), grocers were feverishly working to restock. I got frustrated and asked Joe, one of the grocers. Even he wasn't sure, he grabbed Vince. The two of them took time from feverishly restocking to walk me around and show me where everything is. It reminded that that from the time I was a kid until now, the staff are just the greatest people. They may have shortcomings elsewhere in the store, but certainly never the staff!”

    “This is a very good King Supers location. The parking lot is better than most. The store is clean, has A/C working wonderfully, and the checkout clerk was very nice and she was fast as well. I really like Bobo's and the fig bars they make as well as other items from them. I hope King Supers can maybe get a bigger selection of Bobo's . Other than that there are sales all over in every isle. I'm not much of a grocery shopper and always want in and then out as fast as possible. This King Supers accommodates that for me. Hopefully one day they will accept Bitcoin as payment and then get a 5th Star.”

    “This pharmacy, unlike many I've visited in recent times, runs smoothly, efficiently, and appears to employ people who care about patients and getting people the things they need in a timely fashion. Kroger had stopped taking my insurance for awhile, so I had to visit a nearby Walgreens for a year and a half. Every time I went in that Walgreens I could feel the life get sucked out of and cloud of doom descend into my mind. That place SUCKED and, I imagine, it still sucks today. This King Soopers gets prescriptions done when they say they will and they order items that they don't generally carry without the customer even needing to get involved. I'm really pleased to be back using this pharmacy!”

    Kroger is spending $112 million to build two new stores and renovate 15 existing locations across central and northwest Ohio. The company calls it a "record-breaking" commitment to the region. The two new Kroger Marketplace stores will rise in Canal Winchester and Delaware, Ohio, each costing roughly $30 million to build. Kroger broke ground on the Canal Winchester location on March 19 at the southeast corner of Diley Road and Greengate Boulevard. The 118,000-square-foot store is expected to open in late fall 2026 and will create around 250 jobs.

    Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
