About Windsor
Windsor is a special occasion fashion brand offering glamorous, on-trend styles for events like prom, graduation, and weddings. The store carries a variety of very cute and gorgeous clothing, from bustiers and cargo pants to elevated cocktail and formal dresses. The staff are often described as very kind, helpful, professional, amazing, sweet, and hard working. They are helpful in directing customers to what they need without making them feel rushed. However, the store can become not very organized when busy, with some customers ignoring dressing room lines, which employees sometimes seem to ignore. Additionally, the store can be extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to try on clothes. Overall, Windsor provides a wide selection for important occasions with generally excellent service.

As busy as this store was, the staff handled crowd control amazingly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. When I asked about styles and suggestions, they were extremely kind and provided such useful information.

Cute dresses and clothing. I took my granddaughter there and bought her a cute dress for continuation. Unfortunately the young ladies working were not helpful nor kind. Horrible attitudes and probably the only reason why I rated it three stars.
