Dollar Stores in Lamar, CO

“I stopped at this store to check on a couple of things and was not impressed. The store seemed dark to me and they were lots of u-boats in the aisles, maybe the truck had just come in. The shelves were well stocked already though. The staff was not very friendly, no greeting when I went in, no offer to help as I was looking around and I got very little out of the cashier when I checked out. Other places in town that are glad you stopped so I will go there instead.”

“A great Family Dollar store, right on main street so it is easy to find and get to. The store was bright, neat and well stocked. The lady that opened the store on Mar 25 had a double scoop of friendly, she greeted me when I stepped in and started visiting as if we were old friends. She was this way with everybody. The lady checking out ahead of me was in a wheelchair and did not find a can of chili so the cashier went and got one and sacked her stuff and put the sacks on the wheelchairs arms for the woman, I thought it was a great gesture on her part to be so willing to go the extra mile for someone else. Then it was my turn and the conversation began again. All the boxes checked, easy access with good parking, a well lit store that was well stocked and an extra friendly cashier, win, win, win!”
