“Had what I thought was an intermittent transmission problem. The owner listened carefully as we described the symptoms. They said they drove it a great deal but they couldn't recreate the symptoms, told me to let them know if it happens again...didn't charge me a penny. Very nice service. They clearly cared...not their fault that the problem is intermittent.”

“I was looking for a place to bring my 2006 Wrangler for a second opinion because I was frustrated by the “shop” I had been using. I have found it extremely difficult to find anyone to work on my Jeep without throwing parts at it. I found Wessbacker and was impressed by their reviews and called. They got me right in and Jason was very thorough and straightforward in the diagnosis. He fixed my Jeep and made sure there would be no surprises that could pop up. He also save me from an unnecessary repair I was quoted from the previous shop. I felt very comfortable with Jason and his knowledge of the challenges for parts and repairs on my old Jeep. I have had it since 2006 and have been refurbishing it after 2 sons drove it during high school. It will always be “something” with this Jeep but now I have a trusted place to take it! “FIVE STARS! Can’t recommend them highly enough. My Subaru had been misfiring repeatedly for 1-2 years, maybe longer. NO ONE could figure it out, and I even brought it to the dealership multiple times. I can’t bear to think about how much money I spent at the dealership for absolutely nothing. I thought they were the “experts.” Then someone recommended Thom at Facinelli Motors. He really took the time to be thorough and was diligent in investigating the cause. Finally he thought to check the timing belt—the dealership never even looked at it! And that was the issue the entire time. Have had the car back for a while now and this is the longest it has gone in YEARS without the check engine light coming back on. Car is starting smooth—so far so good. I will never take my Subaru anywhere else!! Thank you so much Thom!!! You’ve taken a huge weight off my shoulders. Don’t hesitate to bring your car here, folks! “Castlerock Ford Service & specifically, Gary, provided us the best auto service by a dealership that I have experienced in years. We made the mistake of taking our Ford F150 to another Ford
dealership in Littleton and it sat on the lot for two days without anyone ever attempting to resolve an issue. So we picked up truck and drove it to Castlerock Ford (CF). Gary had the truck in the shop for diagnosis same day, parts ordered and repair completed next day. You cannot ask for better service. Castlerock Ford is 40 miles roundtrip for me, so it is not convenient. However, I would rather travel the distance for better service versus absolutely deplorable service from another dealership less than a mile from my home. Thats how great Castlerock Ford is to my family. It’s worth the drive to have someone appreciate your business and have someone you trust working on your vehicle. “We had broken glass in a very old Pella window. Several other companies tried to either sell us a new window or just didn’t want to do the work, We are so glad we found these folks. The glass was replaced in one day at a very reasonable cost. Great customer service. If we need more glass work, Service Glass will be our first call.”
“Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dave at RMBS. Our tire tread came off on a field trip and we couldn’t find anyone to come out quickly to help. We had 12 preschoolers on the bus and didn’t want to have to wait 2-3 hours. Dave came to the rescue with a tire and changed it out for us. We’ve purchased two buses from them and they have been absolutely wonderful to deal with, but this was beyond expectations. Thank you so very much!”

“To start, Mike is an honest and admirable business owner.He was quick to respond when I inquired about an estimate. Within the same day, he met me at my work and offered a fair price to repair a dent just above the wheel well of my truck. He thoughtfully explained what he needed to do and how he would go about repairing the dent. He answered all of my questions and was very understanding and respectful. We scheduled an appointment for the following week.He worked on my truck where the dent was along the contoured body line (tough location for paintless dent repair). Mike was able to noticeably improve the dent, but could not remove it as he expected. He then informed me he would not charge me since the repair did not meet his expectations. This completely caught me off guard. I offered multiple times to pay him for his time and told him the dent looked better, albeit visible if you knew where to look. He respectfully refused each time and said it was his responsibility to know what he was getting in to. We shook hands at departure and all he asked for was a Google review and handed me his business card.In summary: Mike is an honest and fair business person and knows his trade well. I would absolutely recommend Tri-Lakes Dent Clinic. If you ever find yourself needing a dent repaired, you should contact them.”

“On Thursday, July 3, 2025, my mother, cousin and I were on the highway headed to Denver, CO when we encountered tire trouble. We barely made it to this tire shop with much damage to one of the tires. Oscar took us right away and gave us an estimate. My mother’s vehicle ended up needing two tires and the cost was a little out of our budget. Mike overheard and came over and talk to Oscar. He lowered the price of the tires to where we were able to afford them both. I have never had this level of professionalism and kindness from a tire shop. Ever. “I purchased a used van with some body damage. I had taken it to 4 previous body shops and none of them would work on my van due to not having a paint booth high enough for the van. Two of the shops initially agreed to do the work, but turned me away when I came to leave the vehicle, costing me several weeks in delays. Aaron was recommended to me by a friend. I took the van to his shop and he spent some time reviewing the damage and said he would do it but it would take a few weeks. I dropped the van off in December and picked it up in January. Aaron sent some pictures while the fix was happening to show the progress. When I picked it up, it was perfect! Aaron even did a little extra by fixing a dent in the C pillar and called it a BOGO, unheard of these days! Thank you, Aaron! I highly recommend Aaron's body shop.
