“We have 2 UPS stores in Castle Rock. I have been to both of them. Store #1840 is BY FAR my favorite. I have been seeing them for years. Usually for Amazon returns, sometimes more complicated things. The employees at this store have gone above and beyond. Every. Single. Time. Its not just me. I have watched them over the years treat all customers with respect and dignity. Eye contact. Smiles. Pleasant greetings and goodbyes. They have always been willing to do more than is expected of them.”

Jeff was amazing and thorough at helping us complete and turn in our passports.Was very impressed by their customer service as we had an appointment time and listed on their list. Another family walked in after us and unfortunately had the incorrect appointment day/time. They went above and beyond to bring out another employee to help them instead of turning them away.
