The UPS Store #3693in Monument offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox for all of your mail and packages, notary, shredding, and even faxing - locally owned and operated and here to help. The two gentlemen, including Jim, were incredibly helpful in neatly folding and boxing up two suits before closing. James went above and beyond to help create the perfect sign for a customer's business, rushing the order to ensure it was ready for the grand opening. Roy has consistently provided friendly, patient, and helpful service over the past seven years. The staff is described as the kindest, always explaining the process well and being proactive but not pushy. Customers praise the excellent, friendly, and efficient service, making shipping their parcels an easy experience.
Staff is very capable and efficient, but not overly friendly or personable. Feels as if they’re helping you because they have to, not because they want to.
