The UPS Store #3693in Monument offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox for all of your mail and packages, notary, shredding, and even faxing - locally owned and operated and here to help. The two gentlemen, including Jim, were incredibly helpful in neatly folding and boxing up two suits before closing. James went above and beyond to help create the perfect sign for a customer's business, rushing the order to ensure it was ready for the grand opening. Roy has consistently provided friendly, patient, and helpful service over the past seven years. The staff is described as the kindest, always explaining the process well and being proactive but not pushy. Customers praise the excellent, friendly, and efficient service, making shipping their parcels an easy experience.

This place has always been reliable and friendly. Even when their own customers are rude - their staff more than makes up for it!!

I use this UPS store's services all the time for my business, and they never fail to impress with their kindness and quick service — even if I'm bringing in eighteen giant boxes to ship out. Thank you so much for being such a great business!!
