The lady who worked on my new phone was inexperienced at this facility absolutely knew nothing about how to transfer from an old phone to the new phone. And lost Most of my data. But the gentleman that runs the place was Helpful and nice, got my old phone back .

Cathy was great. But, I was charged $250 for a device that retails for $200 and was charged more than I should have been charged for a partial month. That might be a Verizon issue. But, the store seems to upcharge some phones. Otherwise, the staff seems very friendly and wait times are very low.

I was joyfully helped by Ms. Cathy even tho Verizon is my daughter's provider! She remembers me from when my daughter bought my phone from her!I'm so impressed by her professionalism and I will be switching back to Verizon.
