Thanks to the new manager Jeremy and his employees I will definitely be back!! These three are a really great team and very helpful!! I sure hope they stick around I think they could really turn this store around. Sadly I'm guessing they will be ran off like so many before due to poor management above them.

The lady who worked on my new phone was inexperienced at this facility absolutely knew nothing about how to transfer from an old phone to the new phone. And lost Most of my data. But the gentleman that runs the place was Helpful and nice, got my old phone back .

Absolutely terrible service. New in town my current service that I have had for 8 years prior to my move to this area didnt work well. I got 4 lines a week ago, supposedly couldnt get the iphones I wanted in store due to no employees blah blah blah.. The lady that was covering the store for the day said iphone14 had to be ordered.. Store jasnt been open due to no employees since .. Still no resolution & no phones and we are business owners.. HUGE INCONVENIENCE

Cathy was great. But, I was charged $250 for a device that retails for $200 and was charged more than I should have been charged for a partial month. That might be a Verizon issue. But, the store seems to upcharge some phones. Otherwise, the staff seems very friendly and wait times are very low.
