I can't believe that I am still in America when this happened to me today in the store. I was in the store trying to decide to get a 1L water or 300ml juice before going on the trail for hiking. This cashier guy came over to me and said to me, are you going to buy anything? You have been in the store for over 4 minutes and not buy anything, you are wasting my time, leave. I was astoned and when I walk out of the store, the guy chased me out and ask me open my bag for him to see if I take anything...geez...come on, if you don't have a brain, don't you have common sense?! By looking at someone that wear designer's sunglasses designer's shoes and designer's bag, they will take a couple dollars of your stuff?! It was beyond my comprehension that this could happen in North America. Where does these people come from? But after I came out and I realized that they are probably the refusee from Afghanistan, I was less angry. And I wonder, is it the social responsibility of their employee the seven eleven store to educate these ppl amd help them adapt to the civilized western country so that they don't harass everyone that spent over 4 minutes in the store and search their bags and not to ruin ppl's day by such behavior?

The restroom has been ‘out of service’ for 3 weeks. When is operational, the soap is always empty. The floors are generally disgusting. The owner should be embarrassed & ashamed - or they just don’t give AF. Someone should open up a competitor location across the street and put this dump out of business.

Watched an employee pick up some coffee cups off the flight right outside the restroom door and put them back in the stack of cups for sale. Disgusting. I’m here often but won’t be back.

Never in my life have I been treated like a criminal in a 7-11 I had 3 different staff members follow me around the store like I was stealing and they were rude as hell to my family will never shop at this location ever again and the management should really think about re staffing the whole store

The store is dirty, there was only old dried out food, there was one half empty canister of coffee and it tasted like it had been sitting since the day before. 3 employees at the counter 2 are on their phones and not concerned about the line of customers. These are not 7/11 standards and I hope you get your franchise pulled because you clearly do not care about your store anymore

I took my kids here for Slurpee's as a treat. The app had a coupon for candy, normally $3.79, on sale for $3 when you bought a Slurpee at the same time. Literally those were the words on the coupon. Buy a Slurpee, get this candy for $3. I bought 3 slurpees and the guy behind the counter refused to honor their own coupon as the XL drink I purchased didn't match the generic green cup the ad showed. This idiot fought me tooth and nail over 79 cents stating that the larger slurpee didn't work for the "buy a slurpee get candy for $3 coupon" and that only a smaller one would, one that incidentally did not patch the picture that he was so desperately trying to convince me that it did. I cannot believe the stupidity of some people. You'd think his children's lives were on the line. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that hole in the wall no matter how conveniently located. Walked out without buying anything.

Absolute idiots that work here. I asked to purchase 9 lottery tickets today. The guy behind the counter gave me 9 with the same numbers. I went back and told him this was incorrect—that I wanted 9 separate tickets (that cost me $27). He told me “no refunds” and walked off. Do not buy anything from these crooks. Absolute garbage service. Zero stars.
