Went there couple weeks ago. The place looks very clean and renovated compared to how it was a few months ago. The new staff and management are friendly as well

I knew the manager had been planning on transferring out of this location, but was bummed when I realized the *entire* staff was gone/replaced. Worse is that the new crew is the complete opposite. Customer service, friendliness, manners, and common sense are no longer found here. This is a neighborhood location and it feels like we’re treated like a stranger everyday. The staff is cold and often won’t respond to a hello or good morning when you enter. I find myself having to leave for work earlier so I can stop somewhere else and avoid this store. It’s sincerely disappointing.

Just went to pay with my 7 eleven wallet on my phone. Guy couldn't figure it out. I think he's either spiteful or simply incompetent. Then the boss comes out, I ask him if he can help me out, he doesn't say a single word to me, and I end up leaving even after I explained he needs to scan my barcode first. I'll tell you what though, every other experience has been just fine. As long as that guy isn't working there, I'm happy to spend my money at this location. FML
