Since the. New owner ship took over this store has gone down hill in the cleaning department like crazy. Walked into the bathroom now there is graffiti everywhere the sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month and the floors are sticky throughout the whole store

Why don't these clerks just honor the prices posted ON THE PACKAGE.this happened 2x, once on 1/17, and again on 3/22.Refusal to honor their own prices, no apoplgy, and obviously no attempt to correct the problem.

The lady that works in the Night Shift was really rude and accused me and my girlfriend of stealing! She told me not to come back after we literally paid her $150 for an Uber card. We do not need to steal a $3 play dough. Someone needs to discipline her on how to talk to repeat customers.

Went in last night told worker hey how's it going only to be ignored and mugged.. real welcoming . Went to pay told was 41.08 card is declined twice but shows on app I was charged 40$ and then 5$ but worker says nothing went thru on his side and the money is just pending on mine now. Trying to get a hold of customer service at 11:30pm is a joke hoping since Mike says it declined both times money will go back on. Mike says I tell everyone not to use cash app it always messes up , you didn't tell me and this never happened before. He proseds to tell me that 7eleven won't ask him about the transaction if I call in the morning cause they won't help me either. Way to go privately owned 7eleven. Mike suggest to other customers that were just taking space u at the reg trying to figure something out as if we can't pay for are gas or items. Thanks for helping others judge us instead of helping figure out what went wrong. he doesn't know anything about anyt 7 eleven related and is rude and smug as if I was beneath him and in his way. It's 5he next day and cash po 8s still ending saying merchant needs 5o close.out the sale and no one will answer the phone down there. Thanks so much for ripping me off for 45$ and.... Oh that's 8t I didn't get anything but b.s and that was Free
