Colt came out today to clean and service two gas fireplaces. He was very thorough and did a great job. Prices fair and upfront. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Arrived on time and was able to replace the broken part. However, the technician didn’t communicate very well as to what the issue was. Any question we asked we got a short response. Not very communicative.

Colt showed up - was all business - got to it, diagnosed it, fixed it and educated me on how to use my fireplace.
