I recently brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision for warranty bodywork from a previous repair and I am super impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, John, the general manager, demonstrated what true customer care looks like. He kept me informed at every stage of the process with timely updates, texts and clear, honest communication. His professionalism was matched by his kindness and commitment to ensuring the work would be completed to a high level of satisfaction.
The entire team at this Caliber location reflected that same dedication to customer satisfaction. The auto body technicians did superb work and the Megan at the front desk was super friendly. It's rare to find a shop that not only stands behind its work but also makes the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service.
