This is the Ace hardware store I choose to visit when I need specific products. All of people there are extremely helpful, polite, friendly and professional. If I call into the store with questions or arrive at the Columbine Ace hardware to find what I need, every person I speak with is solicitous of my request and more than willing to provide the help I need. These people know their store.

Didn't carry carpet staples 20 guage 3/16 crown. 9/16 length. Had to go to home depot to get. But they are only available in the flooring department end cap all the way in the back

From the moment I stepped in the store (Columbine ACE Hardware, 6720 S Pierce St
Littleton, CO 80128), the manager, Brad was eager to greet me and help me in any way that he could. I had questions about the gas grills that ACE sells and Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure I got what best fits my needs to include any accessories that I might need. He made sure I was satisfied with the grill that I had picked out and gave me a really good deal on it! The day that the grill was supposed to be delivered, my HOA had some street repairs planned for that day and wasn’t going to have the street to my house open for another 24 hrs. I called and talked to Jim and he wasn’t sure if they would be able to get the grill to me a day early or not, but assured me he would do all he could to make it happen and kept in contact with me to provide updates. Jim’s dedication to customer service is second to none and he was able to get the grill assembled and delivered a day earlier than originally scheduled!! The Delivery Drivers, two young men (Nick and Mason) were very polite, professional and took really good care to unload the grill and put it on my back patio, they did a great job. Nick, gave me some pointers on how to season the griddle on my new grill as well. Needless to say I am thrilled with this level of customer service, they truly care about your needs and will do their level best to accommodate you in any way they can!! Whatever you are doing, whether it’s a DIY home project or just making a simple purchase the guys at Columbine ACE Hardware will take care of all your needs with a friendly smile and an old fashioned hand shake! Highly recommend them!!

Won’t match their own online prices. Expect to spend an extra $2-5 on each product if you go into the store and shop for the products on your own as opposed to placing an order for pickup. Doesn’t seem like good business to me.

Recently ordered a grill from Columbine Ace. Received the same amazing service we receive every time we go to this store. In fact, we moved away from the Columbine Ace local community 18 years ago--we now live closer to two other Ace stores--but we continue to make the drive back to Columbine Ace because of the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. Jim and Nick just delivered the new grill on Friday; they carried it down the side of the house (walk-out basement) and then up the back deck stairs to where we wanted it. Great service! Columbine Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folk!!

I stopped in to have a key made and Tim, the store manger was AMAZING! He was so helpful. He went far above great customer service. Friendly, as well as kind. He will be the reason I will return. Thanks Tim!

I've been to this location many times, and the staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Jim who is always willing to take the time to help customers find what they need, and Jason at the register. The customer service is excellent.
