Come on guys if you can answer the phone you can take a second to look to see if a product is available not leaving someone on hold for 10 minutes just to keep bouncing around the different people what is going on with today's customer service it's affecting every business as a contractor who deals with multiple companies I assure you this to be true.

The place to go to find that misc. Bolt that no one else in town has. Or if you need that small engine repaired or if you need the advice of a person that's has years of experience the last of the old places that you can still go to and receive full service helpful full service.

Never will shop again there , bought a hose that couldn’t connect to my outdoor faucet, the old lady manager did not want to take my return , she wants all packaging of the hose and did not have it , the receipt says “You only need the receipt for returns .”I was treated very unfairly and she is the manager .

I had agreat experience at this Ace hardware! I had a unique piece of hardware I needed to find. A member of the team at Ace (sorry I didn't catch his name, he is a tall gentleman with white hair) helped me find the piece & made some adjustments to it so it would properly fit the picture frame I was trying to fix. You won't find service & knowledge like that at those big stores. Thank you!
