I needed RV Storage asap, because where I had my RV was closing in two weeks. I contacted Ace Storage Inc. And they were able to get me a spot ASAP. The amount for storage here is reasonable, and I like the location. Very clean. How they conduct business is awesome! I would recommend this storage. Everyone is very nice and understanding (Darlene and Laura). Thank you for all your help. Trust worthy company.

We spoke to someone on the phone prior to going in person. The person we spoke to was extremely friendly and was able to answer all our questions. When we went in person, the person we spoke to was also extremely friendly and we were able to get a spot that day. Not only are they friendly, they do not price gauge you like other storage places. I love that there is 24 hours access and cameras. I know that my property is safe at their location!

Ace Storage has been a secure and convenient storage facility for my Class B RV when I am not on the road traveling. I like the very secure perimeter and controlled 24hr. access. Been soring my RV here for 4 years and have had 0 issues. The price is fair for what you get. Would recommend for anyone who lives in an HOA Controlled community that does not allow RV's or boats on the premises.

Ace storage has been great. They are fair with their prices and secure with fences and security cameras. I would highly recommend them.

They were able to get me a spot to park my trailer pretty quickly! I love that I can use an app to enter/exit at my own convenience 24/7. Easy to get to, friendly staff, location seems secure.

We chose Ace Storage for their customer service and prices. At the previous location they did not answer the phone or return phone calls. At Ace Storage she answered our questions and was very friendly. When we came in to sign our lease we were given refreshments and had a very pleasant conversation.

Lynn at the front desk is very disrespectful and unprofessional. The way she talks and treats people is not acceptable. Even to the point she hangs up the phone and then puts your calls to voicemail. That is the reasoning for 1 star. I may have put a total of 2 reviews over the course of my life and they were 5 stars. I don't like confrontation or negativity but beyond me how she acts. I will give 5 stars to the facility and storage it is a very good setup and convenient.
