“There are super helpful and nice employees at this location. I had an art project and needed specific measurements. They wrapped up my sheet of paper nicely and cut it perfectly.”
“I ordered several greeting cards from here. I'm unable to review them on the Antiquaria website, so I thought I'd do it here. The cards are beautiful in terms of design; however, they are flimsy. The cardstock is pretty thin and they don't have the weight or sturdiness of most greeting cards. If they were a little heavier weight, they'd be perfect.”
“Great store, lots of items at low cost. That being said the lady in the craft department is not helpful and pretty rude. I wish I had caught her name. I saw here tell several customers, including me, that the items they were looking for were not in the craft department and she didn't know where they were. Tough luck, not my department. OK, well, tough luck- you shouldn't be dealing with the public.”
“I adore this store. The staff work so hard to keep the store organized, sales posted properly and helping when you have a need.
I used the app for delivery to the store for a Christmas Ribbon and bow emergency I had the other day. The app was a tad difficult not recognizing my billing address so I called customer service. The guy was so great. Placed my order for me and it was ready at the store 3 hours later. THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! That level of customer service is just unheard of anymore.
Shopped in person yesterday and had an issue with a couple items being priced right. The manager was truly awesome. She took my receipts and the items and fixed it in minutes and even gave me A GREAT money saving tip for the future.
