I inquired about membership options, but was not given all available information when I made my choice. Staff is underinformed and untrained on many aspects. I asked for the customer service phone # and was told it will take at least 3 weeks to get any response from that department. Horribly run operation.I would now like to cancel all together and receive a refund, as they have no customer service and I was not properly informed when I signed up. But I am told only a District Manager is authorized to do that. So I asked to have that person call me, but was told she would not be able to call me because I would then have her phone # on my caller ID. What kind of business is this?!?!?ATB was not the most professional or terribly organized at the store level, but at least they had a committed, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive customer service department. I suggest you patronize a company that values their customers, and that's not Palm Beach Tan.

Hopefully, the red light beds will come in soon and they finish rebranding. Been a bit of a mess for a month and I am definitely rethinking my membership.

Been to a few of the At The Beach Tanning Salons throughout Denver. Samantha made this location one of the best experiences yet!Clean location, fast service, and very courteous. Thank you A.T.B. and especially Samantha!

Haven’t even been there to tan yet and their customer service aka answering their phones is absolutely horrid. I have to take the bus everywhere and I needed some questions answered before I take a bus all the way there. I called 10 times and it just rang and rang and rang.

I am new to Littleton and found out they had a location like five minutes from my new place. I came in and was greeted by Aaron and Olivia and Sam - very welcoming - and friendly. The location is spotless and i felt very excited to join. I look forward to my tanning sessions and being in a place that has great vibes.

The fat blonde girl is bashing customers saying nasty things within ear shot. Even before that it was the least friendly customer service experience from her. No words not even a hello acted like scanning in my card made her miserable life even worse.

There is a reason this store has bad ratings. Don't go there. 1. They do not provide eye goggles to customers- you must bring your own which I have never seen- so much for customer care and service! 2. I was charged $550 for only going tanning at this salon 3x in February (6 months ago!!!) see below. 3. If you pay for a month to month membership online, apparently you have to go into the store physically to cancel the membership, otherwise they will secretly keep charging your card every month even if you did not tan there at all. 4. Customer service refuses to give a refund even though they see that I have not used their services whatsoever since February. They offered essentially a gift card for the $550, but I am pregnant and do not plan on going back to this salon at any point. 5. Poor customer service in general- you know the saying "the customer is always right"? Well...let's say their motto is more like "who cares about the customer"- lets make things difficult for them.

It seems nice enough. The spray tanning doesn't last very long. It fades and looks spotty. Maybe the bed would be a better choice for the price.

I was having issues online signing up for the e-club to receive a free spray tan and I called the location prior and told them about this issue so they referred me to customer service. I called customer service and spoke to a very helpful lady named Makayla and she told me to go in and tell them to offer this promotion since I was having issues setting up my e-club. I went into this location and told them about this and they were not helpful AT ALL. The gentleman immediately went to the back to call customer service and the young lady helping me was very rude and short with me. The gentleman then came out and told me he "spoke" to Makayla and she had no idea what I was even talking about and he told me there's nothing we can do for you. The young lady "helping" me told me there's only a free spray tan with signing up for a membership so, I showed all of them the e-club sign up online and how it said free spray tan. They then continued to say they cannot offer anything shown online especially what I was showing them. All 3 were very unprofessional and rude to me so I walked out and went to another location and had no issues and had an amazing experience! (Go to the Kipling location, the young lady upfront is super sweet!) Do better and be kind to customers.

The staff here are always very helpful and friendly to me. I like coming here and I will be happy to keep returning. Nothing is ever perfect but they do a good job of striving toward perfection.

I am older And do not want to be in the sun anymore.I have a wedding coming up for my kids and I'm wearing a dress and flip-flops. So I needed to figure something out!!!I was completely ignorant about spray tanning and have no idea about red light therapy!!!They help me so much I am absolutely thrilled!!!! ???
