Dillion was great to work with and very helpful. I had to change a plan, get a phone, etc and he was patient the entire time. The store was extremely busy but I only had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes.

Online the hours say the store is open until 8pm. Drove down from Conifer, arrived at the store at 7:10 and it was closed.Call before going because their online hours are not accurate.

Switching phone lines and buying new iPhones at this store could’ve been the worst retail experience of my life. What a waste of time and extraordinarily terrible service, set up and eventually a totally rip off. Activation fee of $40 to pay THEM to give them my business. Insurance. Installment plan for iPhones. Then $250 a month for 3 lines. Don’t believe any promotions advertised by ATT. It costs so much more than you’ll ever expect and then feel the pleasure of over 6 visits and over 8-10 hours of work, phone calls and an absolute chaos of mistakes and confusion…total and utter mess. Now on the phone for an additional 3-4 hours just to figure out the log in and pay the outrageous bill. I so want to leave them right now but xfinity down the road is an even bigger nightmare. It’s the lesser of 2 evils but be ready to be overcharged and waste your life away trying to actually give them your business. They should be ashamed of themselves. I wish I had recourse and could be compensated for my time and trouble. There should laws to fix this debacle of service and costs.

I would give this a 0 if I could. I have never been able to get the issue with my phone resolved and have gone to AT&T 4x and Apple 7x. I have talked to them and none of them honestly give a care. Is it to late to go back to landlines?

The young man who helped me was truly amazing! I can’t remember his name, but he was wearing lots of rings. He was super fast, informative and even put my screen protector and case on my new phone for me! Super kind, and friendly. This store is great! Thank you!!!

I needed both an Att line and a Verizon line to ensure I always have service due to the remote area I live in. This was made clear to Jesse. He also told me I would have to go to Verizon store so they could put the Verizon line on the phone, and so I did. However, unbeknownst to me, the new phone was locked and the line could not be installed until the phone was paid off. I called att customer service who told me it could not be unlocked and the phone could not be paid off for 2 months. This was ridiculous and now I am stuck without cell service when I can't get att or I have to buy another phone.That policy should have been told to me. Also, there should be a way to unlock my phone to add another line.

Poor customer service. Tried to exchange a product ordered through att app that was misrepresented. Person at store was unwilling to make exchange and I was told to call customer service number.

Jesse was amazing! He helped us get the best deal possible. He was kind, personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We are extremely grateful. We would've bought the phone through Apple if it wasn't for him. He saved us hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend!

Employees are unprofessional and quite disrespectful. Go to a different location if you have an issue! Was working and had to stop due to the internet not working. I pay almost 70 a month for UNINTERRUPTED service and unlimited data. I don't receive that though. Yesterday AND today, I had to stop working due to my service spinning. Today this store gave the same ol excuse as they did last time this happened "a tower is down" why not give your customers a courtesy text letting them know? Instead, we have to contact you to find out why the service WE PAY FOR, is not working. I bet if you had to start compensating every time a tower " went down" service would miraculously be restored and we wouldn't have this issue again.
