I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the AutoNation Service Department! From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was handled smoothly.
The service advisors took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, gave honest recommendations without pressure, and kept me updated throughout the process. My car was ready on time, the work was done perfectly, and they even went above and beyond to make sure everything was spotless and running like new.
It’s rare to find a service department that combines expert knowledge, transparency, and true customer care, but AutoNation really delivers on all fronts. I left feeling confident in the work done and genuinely appreciated as a customer.
Huge thanks to the entire team for making what’s usually a chore into a truly positive experience. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else

I appreciate Nate Medina for being an honest salesman and working with me in being happy with my purchase in which I am. Nobody was pushing me to do anything. Best experience I’ve had compared to other car buying in the past. I apologize I forgot the name but the finance guy was great too. Didn’t push for extended warranty’s, but instead also worked with me on a deal that wouldn’t waste my my time or money. Great experience! It’s how every car buying experience should be. Thank you all.

Make sure you check everything before you get your used vehicle. Especially the blade part of your key. Then they'll keep your vehicle outside of the contract window so you can't return it. Buyer beware of this sham dealer.

After a negative experience servicing my Jeep at a different dealer I researched and found good reviews at Jeep SW. I was not disappointed. Ryan was quick to listen and address my concerns. The team quickly found the issues and resolved them. All while communicating while working on my vehicle to keep me in the loop. Great job to Ryan and the team. Great work and customer service! Not sure what's up w Autonation service departments or maybe with all service in general these days, but nobody wants to work on cars anymore. Ours still has a full warranty and they want SEVERAL DAYS to troubleshoot an actuator on the back gate. It's just the actuator. Swap it under the warranty and send us on our way. You don't need several days to troubleshoot that; you're just trying to get rid of certain jobs. Regretting my Autonation purchase. Not a full service dealership.

First time purchasing here and I have to say it was a seamless process. Nick Cahow was patient and gave us ample time to test drive, look and re-look while we made our decision. His communication and follow-up after the purchase was great and met our expectations of great customer service. Overall, very happy with the process and Nick’s assistance.

The customer service given to me by my salesman, Carlos has been great. He was patient with all my questions and took the time to help me find the right vehicle for me. Unfortunately I have experienced some issues with my 4xe. The general store manager has worked with me to get the vehicle back on the road. The general service manager also provided a nice loaner while they diagnose the issue. If the issues persist, the vehicle may need to be swapped or. Not sure how that will transpire.

We’ve purchased 3 vehicles from this location in the last 4 years, and will definitely use them again for our next vehicle. The entire team is helpful, patient and doesn’t make you feel pressured about anything. Luke was fantastic, I’ll recommend him to friends and family for sure! I went in looking to update to a new Grand Cherokee, but after they mentioned taking a look at a hybrid Wrangler, I’d met my new ride. Love it!! I also appreciate the follow ups after the purchase, couldn’t be happier.

Our Salesperson Sadie was great, HOWEVER, our new vehicle was delivered without being cleaned. The staff was in a hurry to leave (as their careless high rate of speed driving demonstrated), but only after they had stopped to light a marijuana cigarette before driving away. This was highly unprofessional! We were told that we could bring our new car back next week to get it cleaned. This vehicle was the fifth vehicle we have purchased from Autonation Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep southwest and it will be our last.
