Don’t walk away but run from this dealership! The service manager was the worst. My daughter brought in her Jeep because it was overheating. They told her that they couldn’t work on it until she replaced the batteries. The cost was $1,000.00.. The battery had previously been replaced and was under warranty. We returned the battery and purchased an auxiliary battery. We placed them in the car. She was told that the cost to install the batteries would be $450.00 and diagnostics would be $500.00. They stated they could not work on it, after making an appointment, until Tuesday of next week. If you look on google reviews, someone was complaining that they quoted him $250.00 to diagnose his issues! She picked up her car, installed both batteries and took it to a new repair place. Diagnostic was $150.00 and ultimate repair was $250.00.Update automation did reach out to us. My daughter is a paramedic and this is the only car she has and can afford. She chose another place to get her jeep repaired. They did a great job. The cost was much more reasonable.She just couldn’t trust this dealership.

The service was great. The technician went over what they found and explained it well. I loved finding a duck in my jeep once the repair was completed!

Had an amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle. The sales associate Angel was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The GM Alex was very friendly and was able to locate the vehicle I purchased at a different autonation. He was able to get it to his location. The finance Arie was a wizard when it came to financing the vehicle. I am extremely happy with using Autonation.

I went to another dealer without doing an adiquite search of reviews. I then found “Dealer Rater” online as a dealer review source. I selected AutoNation SouthWest (Denver area) because their reviews were the highest in the last 12 months of the eight dealerships that I reviewed. I asked for Colin as my service writer. I felt he was able to get me in quickly, he listened to my descriptions of the issues and when they had occurred. AutoNation’s diagnosis was: replace the EGR valve (this would correct and turn off the check engine light, apparently when this light is on, it disables the cruise control), and to reprogram the TIPM to correct my dash brake light issue. I felt comfortable with this diagnosis because I thought it was a knowledgeable, or perhaps more experienced approach to making the required repairs. The work was performed quickly and as quoted without my spending a considerable amount of money on parts and labor that were not required. I was very happy with my experience with AutoNation SW and Colin’s help/professionalism in getting my issues resolved. I would recommend both for service on a vehicle..

I have tried every other means of getting this issue resolved, but this is my only remaining option. Sales will leave you hanging with a lemon. Mariyah sold us a Ford, and it had major electrical issues within 25 days of our purchase. AutoNation Ford did the work up and found the problem, but they needed Mariyah to approve since it was their lemon and not being paid on my dime. Mariyah has been completely non-responsive to us, and her office voicemail is full, so we can not reach her. 3 days after Fords request, she is silent, and nothing is happening on our side to get the car repaired. We have been waiting since the day we bought the car for a bunch of window chips to be repaired. She ignored my wife's emails and calls for a month before I got a hold of her because of this electrical problem. Of course, it was someone else screwing up in her mind, but I am seeing a common thread here. AutoNation, my family deserves better treatment than this, and you deserve better representation than Mariyah.

Sold my son's car. Very positive experience! My sales person ,Carson was very friendly and professional! Alex Ertel, the General manager, introduced himself, which made a great experience. They even gave me a ride home in a new Dodge Challenger!

Bought a truck and have had nothing but problems. Thank god I bought the warranty. Service dept sucks at communicating and gives nothing but empty promises. I would love to hear from the service department manager or a gm, I’ve been dealing with this hassle for months and there seems to be no light at the end of this very annoying and frustrating tunnel.
