My Mustang was in your possession for 6 days, just to diagnose and replace the windshield washer fluid pump. It was very inconvenient to be without a car for that many days. I was told it was because the cars wait in line to be diagnosed, and that a person would get to it when they had the time and availability. I wish you could solve this problem and have the vehicles diagnosed much sooner. I was also told there were no cars available for me to use during those six days. In the future, I will request a car to use right from the start when I make an appointment. Being without a car for so long makes me dread making an appointment to have my car serviced at AutoNation.

My experience with my advisor John was excellent!!! also my experience with the driver /shuttle lady as always was great Dottie.My experience to set up the appointment with the GM Jeff was excellent as well.
The reason I don't give them 5 stars is because my experience when setting up my appointment with an advisor Jason was not good. I had to cancel my initial date and I did so with plenty of time. After that I emailed him 2x and left him a VM to reschedule and I never heard back from him. I had to call the call center to schedule my appointment. Also, while scheduling my original appointment I had a bad experience with the service director. He was rude to me in front of everyone at the service desk and customers. He had made some mistakes before and I was honest about my previous review (he did not like my honesty) and told me he did not want me to come back to Ford! it was not a pleasant experience. At that time, I went and had a conversation with the new GM Jeff and he was very professional and polite. I went back and asked Chuck (service director) to have a word with me and he denied me of that.

Went in for a full-service oil change. The oil change was fine - quick and no issues - but.... when I bring my vehicle in for an oil change I would also like the tech to do a quick inspection while the truck is on the rack. That's the perfect time for a tech to look and check nothing is worn or loose: suspension, steering, no wires fraying, etc.... This needs to be done, and I was led to believe it WAS being done. Unfortunately, when a express tech (just someone doing oil changes) works on the vehicle, they don't/can't do this. I even asked them to give it an inspection when I left it. So - if like me you are expecting this - you won't be getting it at this location.

Adam Solano and his team did a great job makimg sure that the issue with my vehicle was taken care. I didn't feel like just another auto owner needing help. Actually felt like they cared.

While it hasn't always been the case, my last visit was FANTASTIC! Just when I thought I'd be without my car for days until the next available appointment, they stepped up and called a tech over immediately and resolved my easy issue on the spot. Phew! Really appreciated the quick thinking & "above and beyond "attitude to get me on my way!

The service team seems to be not very efficient or thorough with the used vehicles.
From the beginning their “extensive” checklist to ensure a good vehicle did not catch a broken head light. When it came to service the head light, it took them a week to figure out and cost me 2 days off work, and 4 hours of driving until they could fix it.
Yesterday 08/07 Mayling checked in my vehicle. The problem? I had my vehicle with no appointments or plans to service my truck. When i called them the service technician hung up on me after hearing the situation.
Im disappointed with the service of Auto Nation Ford Littleton. Cant recommend anyone go to them.

I cannot believe this service station has anything other than 1 star reviews. I tried to take my car there a year ago and had a horrible experience, but everyone can have an off day so I wanted to try again. I scheduled through their online scheduling platform and wasn’t able to get an appointment for 5 weeks. I know people are slammed so I didn’t worry too much about it. I tried multiple times to call leading up to the appointment to see how long it might take and if they would need to order a part. There was an issue with my passenger seat belt and I read online it was fairly common. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get a human on the phone. Then when I took it in, they told me it would take 10 days to even look at my vehicle and diagnose it, let alone how long it would take to fix it. The person I met with at the front desk not only didn’t have any record of my appointment but made it seem like it was my fault. Even though I had an email from that same person the previous day confirming the appointment. All around a truly awful experience that I had waited weeks to go through!! Save yourself some time and go to Barbee’s freeway ford service station. They were able to diagnose my issue the same day and order a part and have it fixed my the following day.

Even though this Ford dealership is farther from my house, they are my go-to dealership. Both Jason and Tanya have gone above and beyond to ensure that my truck is taken care of and have been a great support. It's absolutely worth the extra drive time to know I'm in good hands.

It had been a good experience prior the recall, The vehicle was kept over a week when I was told it would only be over-night as I had schedule the service for the recall to when the part was available but the communication was not so good as before. I had to keep calling to get a status update and had to make other arrangements for transportation due to the delay in service. The vehicle still has the same issue and expect to return for an actual repair on the recall this time around, I'll keep you posted

Bought my F150 there in 2020 and have had them do a bunch of the needed service. They have been great every time!
