Left a voice mail with management, left a voicemail with finance. Neither returned my call. I've bought several vehicles from you and will never return. Not even for maintenance. The man I spoke with was beyond rude. If calls are truly recorded, he'd be fired. Talked to me like dirt! Trash!

The manager, James Tyson, and my salesman, Leo Martinez, were great to work with, respectful, responsive, and committed to making sure I was happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research before buying, and when it came down to which car had the best value and price, AutoNation was the clear winner. They treated me fairly, kept their word, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that values integrity and truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

We had to get a new radiator put in our 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The process went over very well and they finished it within 24 hours of dropping it off. Excellent PR👍

Ben and Travis worked hard trying to find the problem and found the problem was our not using the Bob's correctly. They also completed an oil change and tire rotation for no charge. Thanks to the personal at AutoNation Chrysler.

Since purchasing our 2023 Jeep Rubicon 4xe from your company in 2023, we’ve encountered multiple issues that have gone far beyond typical service mistakes—they represent a fundamental breakdown in both process and customer care. To outline just a few:
During a routine oil change, your team lost our car for an extended period of time.
On a separate routine service- the oil pan was reassembled without the screw, resulting in our vehicle losing all of its oil. When we called to report this serious issue, we were told nothing could be done/scheduled for 4 weeks, and despite promises of a callback, no one followed up.
We brought the car in again due to the check engine light and severe shaking. Your service team kept the car for two weeks, assured us all issues were resolved, but the shaking persisted. When we brought it back again, we were promised immediate service and instead of addressing it promptly, we were placed back at the end of the queue as if this was a new issue—not an unresolved one. (We ended up taking it to discount tire and just doing a quick test they solved the issue and we do not have shaking issues)
We also pay for the monthly extended coverage we purchased with the vehicle, but frankly, the level of service we’ve received has been poor. There appears to be no internal communication, no ownership of mistakes, and no priority placed on customer safety or satisfaction. We’ve been treated like a number, not like valued customers.
This experience has left us questioning our trust in the brand and dealership. Be careful buying and getting your car serviced there they are so incompetent and they don’t give you the full story and they lack communication amount their team

Chris, my service advisor, has always provided excellent communication and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The mechanics have done quality work on my Jeep, and the service is always fast and efficient. I truly appreciate the professionalism and the consistent care they provide.
