I recently purchased my King Ranch from here after having three other dealers give me the runaround even after putting down payments on the line and having to back out. Here at Auto Nation I was treated with the utmost decency and absolutely AMAZING customer service by Eloisa and her support team! I have bought over 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I HIGHLY recommend Auto Nation of Littleton to anyone who doesn’t have time for nonsense and misrepresentation from dealers!

If I could leave no stars I would. Adam Solano is the worst service advisor I’ve ever dealt with. He never once called me while my truck was in the shop to give me any updates or let me know work that was going to be done. My truck was in for warranty work as well as an insurance claim. He never called the insurance adjuster back or returned emails or phone calls. I was told my truck was ready to be picked up. When I arrived they wouldn’t release the vehicle even though the insurance company had called them several times to reassure them they wouldn’t release get their money. And Adam was nowhere to be found or gotten a hold of. The insurance company was progressive so they’re not short on money and the claim had already been approved. They also threw away my new K and N air filter I’d just installed recently and replaced with their throw away crap. Then I get my truck back with grease all over the bottom from the transmission replacement. And still haven’t heard back regarding the new transmission warranty or if this is standard practice for this service department. Update. A month later and nobody has gotten back to me on any of my issues or concerns. At least they’re consistent. Consistently terrible at communication and don’t get back to me when they say they will.

Recent great experience getting our Ford Explorer serviced, able to get us in quickly and flex to accomplish more than what was scheduled. One star off for not taking care of a nail in tire at the time of service, but able to get us in the next day for free. Special thanks to Adam, the service manager, for consistently updating us about the timeline.
