Older guy with 2 fingers was to busy smoking outside! Then when it came time to cash me out got really close to me and made me really uncomfortable while trying to get me to buy extra stuff that I did not need. Very uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend!

I have never left a negative review before, but I had the most disappointing and worst customer service experience I have ever had at a place of business today.I’m writing this so that the manager of this particular location will be aware that some major training needs to occur.I went to AutoZone today a little before 1 PM to purchase new wiper blades for my car. I told the young man behind the counter, that I need a new wiper blades, front, and back, for my car. He asked me for the make and model. I replied that it was a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. He asked you what the model was. I replied that it was a town and country. People pull up the computer screen and showed me a list of models, none of which were Town & Country. I repeated again that my car was a Town & Country. He just stared at me. In the meantime, another sales associate walk behind him and answer the phone and begin talking to somebody else on the other end on speakerphone. I found that very odd, and it was very distracting, because he was right next to us and speaking quite loudly. The sales associate that was supposedly helping me just kept staring at me with a blank stare. I asked if he was helping me, or who exactly was helping me because it was very disconcerting to have another conversation happening right next to us on speakerphone. Again, he just stared blankly at me. he asked me again for the model and I told him yet again that it was a Chrysler Town & Country. I asked if he could go out and take a look at the car which was parked right next to the front door and perhaps he could tell what the model was if he didn’t think Town & Country was the correct model name. He replied that he couldn’t leave the counter because of other customers in the store. I was incredulous. I had gone to this AutoZone for help and all I got was a blank stare from somebody that didn’t seem to know what he was doing.I expressed dismay when he refused to go out and look at the car, and he replied “well you don’t even know what kind of car you have“. This was the final straw. He was so rude to me that I really couldn’t believe what was happening. I told him that this was the worst customer service I had ever experienced, and I guess I would go elsewhere, and he replied “fine“I’ve been went to Riley automotive. I told the gentleman at the counter that I needed wiper blades for my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. He immediately pulled up what I needed took me over to the aisle and explain the differences between the several grades and quickly completed the purchase and install the blades. I asked him if it was difficult to find the blades on the computer for my Chrysler Town & Country, and he replied, “not at all “I’m absolutely confounded by the experience I had at AutoZone and extremely disappointed.Mr. manager. I hope you will take this complaint under advisement and give some much-needed guidance direction and training to your sales associates.

Youg staff , don’t care attitude, no knowledge at all about auto parts. Rude on phone , lazy. Find a different location folks.

used oil tank has been full for at least 2 weeks. you like to sell oil changes , i need to dump old oil off i will go somewhere else to buy my supplies

Worse customer service ever there just sitting on there phones instead of helping customer's. Don't come in mornings there no help .

their online service is stupid bad with zero communication possible. local stores are better but they cant communicate and cant cancel orders, and they keep sending the wrong parts even when you make a big deal about getting the right thing. they really need to get with it. their setup for their business is just stupid.

I have had bad experiences with other auto part stores and no matter which one I go to I've had a great visit. They have a young assistant manager here that is the best.

Went in to purchase a battery and Eric helped me out with no questions asked. Got it installed and on my way in no time. Friendly staff and good prices. Will do business here more often.
