Everyone is so helpful at BR Aspen Grove! They are the BEST! Especially for someone who struggles finding things that look good on them ? Thank you ?

Disappointed. I will not return to this store. I will buy online going forward. Employees did not provide a great experience. I drove 15 miles to give this store a shot because I wanted to shop a full price store and have a full price experience. The employees ruined it for me. I’m super disappointed in this staff. I’ll go to the Castle Rock Outlet that is closer for me. I will provide more details if someone from corporate reaches out to me. I do not recommend the Aspen Grove Banana Republic.

Called them this morning at about 9:40am. Wasn’t sure if they would answer since it was before hours but before I made the trip down there from Denver (BR in cherry creek didn’t have what I needed) I wanted to see if they had some denim in stock since their website isn’t always accurate with what’s in stock in store. (tried this tool on the website for the Cherry Creek location only to find they actually didn’t have my size in stock of what I was looking for.)A female answered the phone, I started out saying, “I know you’re not open yet but I wanted to see if you had some denim in stock. I’m looking for your traveler jeans in a 30x32 in all colors.” Mind you thats not a huge undertaking to check your system and to check on the floor where they are all displayed together. They only have about 5ish colors so we also aren’t talking about 10 different jeans. She rudely and condescending replies, “um, we have some... And we open at 10…..” Instead of going to Aspen grove and buying all of these jeans which was my full intention, even if I could only take some home today and order the rest through the store, I will buy them all online and happily pay the extra fee for overnight shipping just to avoid this place. It’s a shame how one person can ruin one store. Gap is a struggling company, see all the store closures, they probably shouldn’t have employees that alienate customers from going to their brick and mortar stores.

Horrible staff. Came in looking for a pair of suit pants and asked for assistance. A younger member of their team pulled a size 18 (I'm a size 12) and when I said "Oh that's not going to fit," she proceeded to ask if it was too small and imply that nothing in the store was going to fit me. Will not be returning as long as this girl is working there.

Very helpful and friendly staff. There was a rush of customers when I was there but the small staff was able to keep up with me. I didn't have to wait for help for more than a minute or so, and I had a lot of questions. They also ordered clothes be delivered, but it was very quick.

Used to be my favorite store. They have discontinued my size. No idea why. Customer service didn't even know about it til I asked them about it. Company is going down hill fast. They just lost a very loyal customer.

I love this store, and they're having a great sale. I didn't do curbside pickup, it's fine going in. You do have to wear a mask.

I had a terrible experience with the management there it was highly unprofessional and the store manager would put her responsibilities on me, and was extremely rude about things when I wasn’t able to do what she was supposed to be doing. They also spread disrespectful false rumors about me behind my back which I was informed of by 3 of my ex coworkers. I wouldn’t recommend working there unless you like a toxic environment, and drama.

I’ve shopped at this BR store for a good 8-10 yrs or so. I’ve never really had a problem, have been treated fairly for the most part with a couple of exceptions. Overall my experiences there have been ok. Until recently, I made a purchase online for in store pick up over Black Friday weekend, that in itself was enough for things to fall apart. In short, I thought my purchase price with discounts etc was off (it wasn’t) because of how it showed up on my receipt. First I called Customer Service, which they totally deflected and said they would price adjust in store. The process was MUCH more involved than just a few simple clicks. The young lady helping me was extremely patient the entire time and made things right even though the oversight was on my part. In short, we need more people like her in retail, most people these days make you feel like you’ve inconvenienced them by walking in their store. Anyhow, this young lady deserves a raise, I believe her name is Kate.

The staff there is horrible! And that’s an understatement there’s only one worker there who is actually nice but I had terrible service I was nagged one by a short lady with black hair and glasses, and bothered by an older woman with a New Yorker accent with her snaggy comments. Never going again! I’ll take my service and money to park meadows. It’s horrible because I told them nicely that I was just looking around the store and they took my comment in a horrible manner! Left shaking and surprised. Happened about a week ago.

Not very good sales anymore. Had one clerk follow me around. Spoiled my experience so I left. Hope they change back to old ways.
