Honestly best Barnes and Noble I have been to. Customer service is top notch and all the workers seem to genuinely enjoy their time. Both times I have been I have had great conversations with the customer service reps.

This is a decent sized location, and I like the cafe right in the center. However, pretty much every time I've been there, the employees are careless and rude. You have to basically beg for help. I've also been surprised to learn they haven't had a couple of things I was looking for within the large number of products they have there.

Went in with my partner and about halfway through our browse, we notice one of the employees following us around. Which is fine, but a little odd. We continued to browse around, eventually picking up 2 books and bringing them to checkout. The same employee that had been following us around was now conveniently standing at front and staring at us. Now, i want to clarify, we do not steal. We never have and never will. We hadn’t even picked up anything that could have been stolen. At this point this is the only reason we could come up with as to why this employee is following us around. After checking out we leave and notice the same employee following us and holding up his phone. We didn’t rush but awkwardly avoided eye contact as we leisurely walked out. As we were standing at the car, the same employee was staring at us through the glass. There was no mistaking it, at first I thought we were just overthinking an awkward individual but it was clear that he was staring at us and possibly recording.
We had given him no reason to behave this way towards us and quite honestly, it put us on edge. Everybody else was very friendly and helpful but this experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

I have always enjoyed visiting this bookstore all around in multiple states because it is nice, clean, and the staff are usually helpful and understanding. I often come with my boys, who are young and sometimes get noisy and excited. However, tonight the store manager of the B&N in Littleton approached me and told me that he had seen me and my "group" several times and that I needed to control them. The way he approached me made me feel very uncomfortable, as he did not empathize or understand that kids are not adults. When I asked him which ones were my "group," since there were several kids around, he could not point them out. I would not have minded the call if it had been done respectfully. Nevertheless, I will not be returning to this store. It was a terrible experience. I have seen white kids running and being noisy without being called out or addressed, so it felt very racially charged.

My go to place to not only buy books,musics, games, toys, and magazines But to also have a Starbucks while doing it. I love getting a coffee and picking out some coffee table books to look through while I sit and enjoy them I rarely buy one because I would rather save my money for a good science fiction or fantasy book Which they allways have a good selection of
