The staff at Best Buy are friendly and knowledgeable. They are quick and efficient, and they go above and beyond to figure out how to get a product installed, including testing each wire. The manager and management are very helpful, even helping with a tricky return with no receipt and a third party purchase. They directed people exactly to where the product was located, a seamless process. A great deal on a pioneer TV was ready shortly after it was ordered online, and the guy carried it out and loaded it into the car in less than 5 minutes. They definitely recommend the store and are genuinely good people.

Zach and Ryan in computers, were absolutely amazing. I didn’t initially realize Zach was in training as he was confident and thorough, knew the products and explained them to me in a way that I could understand. Wow! Walked in needing a new tv not knowing that tv’s have changed so much and Jonathan H. was there and answered out many questions in detail and educated us on how much they’ve changed and all the different display models and what makes each one better hands down best service I’ve ever had
