I purchased a new PC and worked with Kayla from the Geek Squad. She was great from start to finish in dealing with showing and explaining all aspects of the PC and dealing with all my questions. In today's age of rampant fraud, these are doing it ALL WRONG!!!!! I paid for my order in full. Since the screens I ordered were not 'in stock', they refunded this portion then recharged it 6 days later when they shipped to the store. The bank and I thought someone tried to use my card. You know, since the charge appeared to go through from the bank's perspective. They denied the charge, which delayed the order. Canceled my card, 1 day before a raod trip. Then the guy at the number they give could not actually do, fix, or update anything!!! WTH!!!Clowns! At best

Went in looking for a new fridge and the customer service was outstanding. We had 8 employees asking if we had needed help finding anything or if we had questions. All very friendly and genuine which was much appreciated!

Worst telephone system ever! Why can't I just call the store or have an option to speak with someone. It doesn't understand anything you say!!

No complaints about the store but the website keeps asking me to reconfirm my email address everytime I want to pay my bill and everytime I do, it just sits on processing and won't go away, preventing me from paying my bill on the app.

Great selection of sound bars but most of them they are out so u have to order online . The customer service is over bearing as they nag you and follow you around. And if you set your items down so you can go to the bathroom it's gone when u come out because they put it back. The employees need to be more knowledgeable of their department.

Nice store the salesmen are too much in your face everywhere you go into the store. If I need something, I will come find you was my theme I had to say so often. Just let me shop. This never used to be, so I don't know why it is.

As usual the service was wonderful, they were out of stock for what I went for, they ordered it online for me, I paid and got my receipt off I went!
