Placed an online order and followed the stores instructions to add an authorized person to pick it up. Wait almost 2 hours for the order to be cancelled and no one in the store is able to tell me why. I have to call a number, sit on hold for 20 minutes, explain everything to that person only for them to say that there’s nothing they can do. Do not waste your time with this store or online pickup.

I had subwoofers put in my car and Edwin (I think that was his name) was great. My car is 2025 and there weren't any tutorials on how to do so. He went above and beyond to figure out how to get them installed, including testing each individual wire. Thanks Edwin

Honestly the person at the geek squad had no clue what she was talking about. I returned a defective laptop and she tried to convince me the laptop is just horrible design and I should go for a thicker lower spec laptop.
She hammered me down with the fact the processor is too much for the small form factor, After getting a non-defective unit that's absolute BS. The new 12 core AI HX processors from AMD have no problem running at under 10 watts. She continually tried to push me to Intel which just seemed weird. And she was pointing me to parts that actually have more cores and use more watts.
I felt like the geek squad was people that have read about computers but have never broken down specs or what each thing means..

One of the best stores in Colorado, fantastic Management, very friendly and helpful. A manager helped me with a very tricky return with no receipt purchase through a third party, and he wasn't even on the clock. They helped me figure this out over the course of a few days, just genuinely good friendly people and a great store.

dont buy the plus membership it all bs doesnt do you anything for you early access is a lie and everything they send you and notify you about is stuff people dont want biggest waste of money believing the lying people in sales .
