I GOT SCAMMED for 72 dollars I went to go pay my phone bill and it was never turned on. I went back 2 days later and they told me my phone number was no longer active I don’t understand why they didn’t tell me that in the first place I try to get my money back and they said it was to late 😤 don’t come to this location #t-Mobile better

I was disappointed. Signed up for Internet, discussed prices, then get a $45 store activation charge!?! Not mentioned prior to purchase. After hearing my concerns, $20 was refunded the next day.

Went in for a Memorial Day sale on phones that I was e-mailed about. Was still 2 days on the sale but the Boost Mobile salesman said "It's not $25 anymore but $100 now" Waste of my time for FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Worst service ever. You can never get on or stay on the 5G. They are charging me every month for 5G then I find out from an employee that I’m usually roaming on Verizon’s 4G LTE. I’m going back to Verizon. At least they keep me on 5G more than 4G. This company is horrible. I had at least 6 people tell me not to go to Boost.

Went in several months ago to add a line. The employee identified as Jesus screwsd up the plan and overcharged me. Went back in to fix it they just separated the 2 lines into 2 accounts and kept over charging me. I went in several times to fix this they never fixed it. They finally just said we cannot fix your phone line and told me to go to another provider. The store is owned by Nextbar communications and the owner David refused to even call me back today. Apparently a meeting is more important than harassing disabled customers

You would be better off going anywhere else. My service has never worked right, people cannot call me without it going to voice mail. And every time I've had a problem they ask for more money to fix it. I'm tired of all these scam artists who don't stand by their product or customers. Go anywhere else besides Boost.

Was in the store for over an hour, AFTER he started helping me. He kept helping other customers in meantime, without finishing. Switched my plan to a more expensive one, without asking me. I said I just wanted the new phone and I would switch it over myself, but he "forgot" and switched it over, then charged me for that. Tried to charge more for the phone than was advertised. Horrible horrible service. Never go here!

I said I just wanted the new phone and I would switch it over myself, but he "forgot" and switched it over, then charged me for that. Tried to charge more for the phone than was advertised. Horrible horrible service. Never go here!

Eduardo was very helpful in transferring the data from my old phone to my new phone. He was personable and working with him was a positive experience, u should give him a raise.
