Was in the store for over an hour, AFTER he started helping me. He kept helping other customers in meantime, without finishing. Switched my plan to a more expensive one, without asking me. I said I just wanted the new phone and I would switch it over myself, but he "forgot" and switched it over, then charged me for that. Tried to charge more for the phone than was advertised. Horrible horrible service. Never go here!

Went to pay a bill for my sis before they turned off her phone, no grace period of course. Supposed to be open until 7 pm, was there at 5:30 pm, they were closed!

I locked my SIM card and for several days I have been writing to customer service to get a PIN code and for three days in a row I have wasted several hours and finally nothing. But today I went to this office and the young man there was very kind and solved my problem in a few minutes.

So I called Asked about our upgrades.Sent my wife down to the store after Confirming availability and prices.I get a phone call from her after she walks a few miles to get there. The person at the boost store told my wife a completely different price for phones that we didn't want it would have been a downgrade from what we have now. Remember I called before she went spoke with the same person and was told how much and what we could get with the upgrade.The person at the store Attempted to pull a fast one The fact that the person did not know I had sent my wife and tried to rip her off is very upsetting Well boost youWell boost you just

Today i stoped by cause metro pcs couldnt help me even though someone stole my phone I had to spend 400 r so to get a new one instead just gazing and seeing whats out there there was someone that understood my situation and helped me out more then I can imagine i got a iphone now and am grateful there are still people in the communication industry that dont just want ylur money but want u to be able to be connected and offer you the best service...alsi my daughter b day is tommorow and he helped me get a tablet by the means i am able due to low income to give her for her birthday im truly grateful and proud to be able to see your team ssrve your community with exceptional customer service and integrity tha k u ?

The guy that was there today, who said he was the owner, told me boost didn't have a Samsung phone,. Funny I got an offer from them via text.When I asked him if he'd please switch everything over, he originally said of course that's what we do.. After NOT most of my info had been transferred, then he said , it's a favor we offer to our clients.. After spending about $ 200. On new phone he said he was waiting for the printer to print my receipt... Which I never got a recipe at all, for my phone... This guy has NO CLUE WHAT HES DOING... PLUS.... He took a personal phone call while I was there... UNPROFESIONAL.!!!!!!DONT GO HERE...

This was my second time visiting the store, and I received excellent service from Cat once again. Cat is always friendly and was able to quickly update the SIM card in my phone.

The store clerk is very mean. I called her from my store and she wouldn't help me retrieve a customers information being the origin store of the customer I was helping. Usually where ever you create an account they know the date you created it and its kept in a record on the computer.
