Alex, who is assigned to the quick lube lane has done a truly exceptional job to accommodate the needed service and new tire installation. In addition he helped me to get the special wheel security tool since mine was missing. Alex and the technical team did a wonderful job during my visit. Thank you for your help. Job well done.
