Staff, service writer were professional and communicative. However, the hood latch assembly was not seated/torqued down with the two securing bolts. They were merely hand threaded which I assume was a process to line up the hood closing to the body. It came flying open while driving this past Saturday 07/19/2025. I had to have that small but safety concerning detail fixed elsewhere as I don’t have time to drive all the way back to this location to finish the job.

My truck was rear ended and my insurance company recommended this Caliber location. Everyone was outstanding during my experience with Caliber Collision. The front office staff were kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. My service writer was exceptional and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle in a timely and professional manner throughout the entire process. The workmanship of the repairs was impeccable - my truck looks better than it did before the accident! The attention to detail and quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone I know who needs body work on their vehicle. They truly stand behind their work and make what could be a stressful situation as smooth as possible.
