We board our dogs, Gizmo and Skye, and couldn’t be happier with the care and attention they received. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure they felt comfortable, loved, and well looked after. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place where their pets will be treated like family!

Camp Bow Wow employees mean well but the owner is greedy. Won't invest in the business. If I had the money to buy it. I would it has great potential

This location was my go to boarding but they must have had a change in management. I boarded my dog last week for two nights picking up on Saturday. Business hours are 7:30am-8pm. I went to pick up my dog at 11 am and the door was locked, No employees, I could hear dogs crying, called and number went to a fax machine. I was going to call the police but I called a different Camp Bow Wow who had already received a call from another concerned dog owner. They contacted Tristen in the corporate office. I talked to him and he had someone come and unlock the door at 4pm! Dogs were unattended from at least 11am to 4pm. He said he would follow up with the owner and have them contact me asap. I got my dog home and he was dehydrated, drank an excessive amount of water. No one called me. I called the location on Monday and talked to the manager, Melody. She said 6 people quit, no staff, she never apologized. Said they are independently owned and Corporate can't do anything. She agreed the place should be shut down. I will cancel all future bookings and go back to City Bark.
My dog came home with blood in his stools which is caused by a dirty environment.
Update. We started going to City Bark and love it! There’s always several employees working the front desk. They’ve got great cameras. And dogs can play outside in the water. They’re not closed on Sundays like Camp Bow Wow and they truly care about our pets.

I have always loved this daycare but things are going downhill very fast. The staff turnover is alarming. They are chronically understaffed. I have picked up my dog on several occasions and he has been in a kennel as they do not have enough people to handle boarders and daycare dogs. The lack of supervision seems unsafe. I do not think the owner of this franchise is involved or does not seem to care about the business. I have been taking our dog twice a week for two years and am leaving immediately for another more well run daycare. They have not asked to update my dogs vaccines ever which is also very concerning. The owner needs to a pay the staff a living wage. The daycare is rundown and badly needs a refresh. Stay Away!

On Saturday, August 2nd, around 12:30 p.m., a dog died under the care of Camp Bow Wow Littleton. This happened while the dog was inside their facility, under their supervision.
Regardless of what did or didn’t happen in those final moments, what’s most disturbing is that Camp Bow Wow had no emergency plan in place to respond or properly care for the dog when it mattered most.
If you currently bring your dog here, I strongly urge you to stop. If you’re considering this facility, please don’t.

Our dog gets so excited to have a play day at camp bow wow. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The convenience of getting our dog a bath and nail trim right before we pick him up is a bonus.

The staff seem to really love the dogs. Its really nice to watch your dog on camera to see they are doing well. The staff do such a good job managing the dogs playing. There are a lot of dogs in one space and they are ALWAYS barking endlessly. We go to another place sometimes and they don't allow them to freely bark all day, which is nice. One of my biggest complaints is that they have very limited play time on Sunday and are in their kennels for quite a bit that day. I may be more open to that with older dogs but if you have a young dog and that's their 1st day overnight, that's pretty sad for the dog. I felt bad when I sent my 16 week old puppy there and didn't know that was the case. Plus we're paying the same rate for that day/night. The rates are very reasonable though.

First time we’ve had our dog in a kennel and it must’ve been a great experience because our pooch wasn’t even that excited to see us which I think tells the whole story on top of that the prices seem very reasonable to me. The only quirk is to remember that on Sundays or holidays they’re only open from 9 to 11 AM in the morning and from 6 to 8 PM in the evening for pick up or drop off. I learned that lesson the hard way as we showed up at noon to pick up our dog. Oops.

If you love your pup DO NOT bring them here. I’ve been to a couple of Camp Bow Wows and they have all been great except this one. They pack so many dogs in and don’t have enough people to watch them. I can see my dog on camera being harassed but no one is around to break it up. This facility is definitely a case of you pay for what you get. We pay $10 bucks now but it’s worth it if someone is actually taking care of my dog.

I have nothing but good things to say about Camp Bow Wow Littleton. The entire staff is friendly and clearly adore dogs. My dog has a great time every time. I never worry about her while she is there, even for an extended stay. She is in great hands. There are other places we could take her closer to home but I pick this spot every time. It's worth the drive.
