A flawed system! Constantly getting issues with deposits or withdrawals from my accounts. Seriously not impressed with our systems work. This is why digital currency is taking over. The slow and outdated network is not a way to handle the future. If you have a check I'd recommend paying the fee at a local grocery store to cash it. Then stash your money under the mattress of your enemies. It's still more reliable then the banking system. If you have any investments into this company I advise liquidation and immediate reinvestment. Gold and silver never fail. I do both. I will be closing ALL my accounts with these clowns and with it leave the banking system TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT OF OUR SYSTEM. To those that continue with the con. Good luck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not helpful at all and don’t know anything. Been with chase 10 years and this is the worst chase bank. Never ever go to this location.

I've been a Chase customer for a very long time. The little short snooty girl behind the counter needs to learn how to be professional and not have a attitude no matter the customer's ethnicity. If she doesn't like her job or something she needs to find another one.

I've been a customer 18 years and always found the employees helpful until recently. Twice this month I went in with a problem and they refused to assist me. One barked at me up on entry, demanding to know if I had an appointment. I've never had to make an appointment to ask a question. Then before I can even state the problem - they are shoving an 800 number at me telling me to call. I'm standing right here? Why would I call somewhere else? I'm not sure if they are just lazy or don't know anything....I'm changing banks.

Friendly but not helpful/knowledgeable. Took over an hour to open an account, account was duplicated, was told wrong information to fix the problem. Eventually called Chase customer service who provided solution. Decreased trust to use this campus.

I’ve been a chase customer for a few years now and i went to this branch for some help with my account. Natasha was beyond helpful and super nice. She went above and beyond for me and my needs, answered all my questions and left me satisfied. This bank needs more tellers like Natasha!

I’ve only been with chase for a few months. This atm eats my cash EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. without depositing it to my account. I also keep getting fees on my accounts even though multiple staff members have reassured me this wouldn’t happen. It’s impossible to get through to anyone on the phone.
