You get what you pay for, but to be honest, their deals are not that great. I used to be with Discount Tires where handling flats and tire rotations was a breeze ; even without an appointment, the longest wait time was two hours, and I was always in-and-out in less than an hour.Costco, on the other hand, is a completely different story. I purchased the tires in December 2022 and could never find a suitable appointment for the so-called free rotation ( so I have been doing it myself, not easy for a truck). Yesterday, I found the front driver-side tire flat in my driveway overnight, presumably due to hitting a nail the day before. When I tried to schedule an appointment for a flat fix and rotation, none were available. So, I removed the tire myself and took it to Costco for their "Loose-Tire" tire flat service. As others have mentioned, they barked at me for not having an appointment (none were available for the next two days...so be stranded without a car or Uber). I dropped the tire off at 10:45 am and called at 5:45 pm to check if it was done, only to have the person on the other end of the line scold me and say that they had informed me at drop-off that it was a non-appointment flat fix. And wont provide me with a timeline when it will be done. I better do my research next time....sucks

Brought my car in for a rotation and balance and they didn’t rotate the tires. Oh, and it took them two hours!

I made a mistake buying here.Good Prices, Terribly SLOW Service- Is this a joke gone bad?!?I've been a loyal customer of a national tire chain for over 30 years, but Costco's pricing lured me in for new tires on two different vehicles. That was a mistake.I will not be buying any more tires from CostcoPros:* Costco Pricing is Fair: They definitely offer competitive prices on tires.* Friendly Staff: The employees were helpful and informative, with none of that pushy sales vibe you sometimes get at tire stores.* Free Extras: Lifetime nitrogen refills and a solid road hazard warranty are nice perks.Cons:* Appointment Hassle: Everything requires an appointment, even rotations!* Slow Service is the Norm: Plan on waiting. Even with an appointment, it seems like they don't actually touch your car for 20-30 minutes after your scheduled time. When they finish your vehicle, they STILL seem to take their time to get the vehicle out.* Two-Hour Ordeals: Be prepared to spend at least two hours for installation or rotations, which is a big chunk of time compared to my usual tire experience.* Understaffed: I have seen just one person working the registers which means one person to handle the incoming phone calls, the people searching for what tires to buy, pricing out tires, and that same ONE person to take appointment check-ins, check-outs (yes, you stand in line again to get your key after the work is done), buy batteries, take battery core returns, etc.Overall:If you even sorta-kinda value your time, Costco might not be the best choice. However, if you can handle the long wait times, you'll be rewarded with friendly service, fair prices, and free nitrogen. Just make sure you have patience a book or two handy, more patience and more time to waste. You’re gonna be there a long while. The good news is, there is a food court cause I will be there for lunch and dinner and a bed-time snack.

I got Michelin winter tires about 1 year ago at those location and scheduled tire rotations that are supposed tore complementary. After waiting for about 30 minutes, they manager informed me that they will not be bale to do is since Michelin prohibits them to perfume ration if tire tread is more than 2 mm unequal among different tires. I argued that nobody ever told me so but he ignored me. Needless to say that I was disappointed with Costco and went to discount tire and was ready to pay for it. However, they performed it for free and confirmed that they never heard of that rule.

Incredibly professional and courteous. There was an issue with my tire shipment and Jamie and Jason worked with me for 30-45 min to get it sorted and get my tires on.

I used to walk in for tires and rotations. Then they started barking at me for not making an appointment. After my third time making “an appointment” and being told it would be an hour to 2 hours… I’m frustrated with it. I like the tires and have had good service, aside from the appointment scheduling. Seriously, is it the software you’re using or just an inability to schedule evenly? Or perhaps the walk-ins? lol. If it’s walking, stop allowing that, make it a policy.

We had a 10:00 appointment to get new tires installed. We arrived by 10:00, and there were 5 people in line at the counter, with one employee checking people in, answering phones, etc.We did not get up to the counter until 10:20, and the employee made a snide remark about us being late. We were only "late" to check in because it took him that long to get through the line.We did our shopping while we waited for the car to be done. An hour after we dropped the keys off, we were done shopping and had not yet received a call, so we went to check on it.They had not even pulled our car into the bay when we checked on it at 11:30. They then told us it would be at least another 45 minutes until it was ready.I left my baby at home with the babysitter because we had an appointment, and I should have been able to get back to him in time for his next feeding. Now he has to wait an extra hour, or more, for a feeding because Costco cannot honor their appointment times.

So, Park Meadows' new ID policy. Two people at the front door to check membership ID. First one said ok after showing your ID, second one says I need to see your ID too....wtf! When you're ready to check out now you have to show you ID card to another person to get in any if the lines fast express self check out & regular lines w/ humans checking you out. At self check out theres humans theur again, can i see your ID and help check you out?! Hell no! 5ft away i just showed my ID, if i need help i wouldnt have asked for fast self check out line!!! There is a better way to use your payroll costco!!! This is a payroll waster & increases high membership fees!!! Next when leaving asked for Receipt again w/ Costco ID to prove its me. This is RIDICULOUS OVERKILL!!!

After visiting another Costco where everything was ideal, I now realize the DougCo Costco has some serious problems:Super crowded - parking is difficult.Checkout lines often go from one end of the store to the other. One time, the line doubled back to the front of the store. Despite this, there are always closed register lanes. The employees can be rude (some are courteous). I get carded 3 times per visit. Photo ID to: 1 enter the store, 2 get into an incredibly long line, and 3 actually pay. Sometimes also government ID to buy wine and ID to pick up electronics after the purchase.A few times recently, the cashier forgot to scan something, and the person who double checks on the way out noticed. Every time, they act as if I did something wrong. Don't treat the customer like a criminal. The fruit is often rotten. Strawberries are usually moldy; I haven't been able to buy any in weeks. How can any store offer such rotten produce? If the produce is rotten, take it off the sales floor - that should be obvious.Compared to other locations, this one needs some improvement.

So I found a Groupon and decided to get a new membership. It's costco..a zoo. I got 2 things..I'll try them..and give you my thoughts. The good: Rotisserie chicken pot pie. Good, really freaking good, packed with chicken and flavor. Bake that bad boy for about an hour and a half and this bad boy can feed 6 ppl. Pro tip: roast a few bulbs of garlic at the same time to smear on a baguette you serve with this yummieness. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Also impressed this location had them. Parker location wasn't going to be making them till after Thanksgiving. Goes to show each location has different way of doing things. The bad: Shepards pie.WTF do you have to ruin a simple classic by putting mushrooms in it?? Was a total bummer to realize this thing was loaded with them. Was also a bummer that it was very bland. There was no beef flavor it. It was probably one of the most bland Sheppard pies I've ever had..and yes..I picked the mushrooms out of the few scoops I had of it. Luckily my guests didn't mind the mushrooms and were going to dr it up themselves so I wouldn't go to waste and took the leftovers.I'd love if they got their app game more solid so you could scan and check out on your phone like Sam's club. Would make it a more pleasant experience.
