I stopped carrying insurance for glasses because I can get great pricing at Costco. My glasses work better and fit better than my previous glasses when I went through the traditional process.Irene was patient, professional and fun. She gave great suggestions and is a master at what she does. Thank you Irene.

I don’t know where to put this. The last 3 times I’ve ordered contacts from Costco, attaching my prescription, Nothing happens for 2 weeks or so. I’m done with Costco optical I guess- ordered today from 1800 contacts because I’m literally running out and they already shipped. I canceled my Costco order. Lesson learned. It’s dicey business considering you need an Rx in a timely manner and there is no customer service- orders just …sit. They used to get them to me in a week but something has changed with their service for the worse.

If you want to have attitude thrown at you and being judged, then come to this Costco. Every time I've come in here theres attitude being thrown, not a single associate around to help me locate things. Rude when I approach them in checkout asking for this item. And don't even get me started on the people who work at the food court. I paid for 2 hot dogs they wanted to get me 1 because they take 8 minutes to cook. They weren't closing. They weren't busy by any means.

Today is June 28 wed at 3:50 pm worst customer service! I waited in member service and received rude customer support. I paid $60 to renew and got eggs and waited in line maybe 15 min only to get a block after paying for my eggs. Cashier called manager to release my hold because I just paid $60 to renew. I stood there for 30 mins watching this manager help another man who checked out after me. She was suppose to return and she forgot. I don't Recall the name on her badge . But she is young Caucasian and has short light brown hair. I use to think that it would be cool to work at Costco . But after todays awful experience I've learned that member services may be burnt out or managers are poorly trained with time management.

I liken the hawkers at Costco for AT&T or Solar Panels to someone knocking on my door to sell me something in a gated community. I am paying to be here, can we ease up on the solicitation in my private space. If I want a product, I will take a look at it but stop harassing me inside Costco when I am shopping.

They have giant chocolate cupcakes called Mini All American Cakes that are INCREDIBLE. If you like chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, be sure to try them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Felt like I was gonna get tackled by the door lady because I was trying to take a item to customer service. She was then told by customer service that I had an exchange. She continued to say I was stealing the item because it wasn't on my purchased receipt. Like if I'm gonna steal it's not gonna be gluten free bread.

This was awful. I drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up my glasses and the prescription is too strong and I am told, “I’m sorry. There is nothing we can do about it.” They have an appointment with the eye doctor but she is booked and they said I can come back Wednesday. 2 1/2 hours to get here - I am unable to do that, they are unable to accommodate me. The lady in front of me had a problem with her prescription. The lady behind me said that this is the third time she has had to come in and that the optical center gave her the wrong lenses with the wrong frames. I would not recommend anything here. I’ve been coming to this optical center for years, but time to find a new place. Terrible experience - if I could give 0 stars I sure would.

I was recently attacked-last week. Among several health reasons there are safety reasons to not wear a mask. Since Costco doesn't care about those customers and the facts behind it.... I'm did my right as a consumer AND American citizen and refunded my membership. I can express my constitutional rights at other grocery stores who won't trample on my right, health and safety as an American citizen. Can't wait until more people open their eyes to see the level of mind control going on here. I don't find out funny at all and I'm ready to stop playing politics with my life.

I never had problems shopping at this location, in fact it's one of the best Costco stores in Denver. Never too crowded, easy and fast checkout, easy returns and exchanges. Everyone is nice and they have a good customer service.

Love the way I get told, "I don't mean to be rude, but I'm, you have a lot of items, " to get me to leave the wide open self checkout... then as I'm leaving get extra checked to make sure we scanned all our items. To add to not being able to bring bags in, then don't even give us boxes at checkout. Trash service. I get you work a lot, but take all the service out of a service industry... hope my stuff makes it home alright.
