Courtesy Acura does shady business, at least as far as used cars go. They just tell you what you want to hear, and then do not follow through on their word. The markup on used vehicles is high, things are not done right, like maintenance checks, including fluids…simple things that should be done before selling any used vehicle. They say they are going to make things right and then dance around it hoping that life will get busy and you’ll forget. I would NOT recommend buying a car here, new or used. They are not nice, but it’s not genuine. They are just out there lining their pockets ????. Please shop elsewhere.

Words cannot describe how much I love this dealership! We have been loyal customers for the last 10 years, and will continue to be. Not only is the sales staff the best, the service department is the most incredible group of people. Kind, caring, and fast to always to take care of us. THANK YOU ALL!

This was my second, and last, stop helping a friend car shop. We worked with Jim O'Connell and he was AMAZING. He was patient and kind, which was a big part of the decision since the previous place was on the pushy side. I was extremely impressed with Jim and everyone else on staff that interacted with us. While we would have committed to the car, the service we received will bring us back.

I Bought a used truck from courtesy. Right away, the service airbag light stated dinging at me. So I took it to the closest Chevy dealer to me, and it took them 2 seconds to see the issue with a code reader. They said that courtesy should absolutely take care of this issue as part of safety compliance. When I called courtesy, they spit a bunch of excuses at me as to why they won't do anything about it. Customer service and trustworthy inspections are not present at Courtesy Acura.

I recently purchased a one owner 2016 Acura TLX that has always been serviced at Courtesy Acura. Knowing they had worked on the car before, I went out of my way to go to Courtesy Acura for a tire rotation, oil change, rear diff service, transmission fluid change, and transmission update on my TLX. Jack Aran helped me and his first question to me was if the car was stolen… (my vin sticker in the door is missing due to the pillar being fixed from an accident). No it’s not stolen, I bought the car. From there I asked if I could get my transmission updated and he said they don’t usually do that unless something is wrong, so they would preform a diagnostic and see if anything is wrong. He mentioned specifically that I would only be charged if something was wrong. When they called with an update on my service they said a wheel stud was broken and needed to be fixed. I had all my lug nuts off the week prior and torqued them to spec by hand. When I mentioned that was odd he said to look at the video. The video was just them trying to get it off with a gun… if it wasn’t broken before it sure was then. They tried to charge nearly $250 to fix the stud, so I declined. Then they tried to charge me for the diagnostic, when I asked what was wrong with the car, Jack said “it needs a transmission fluid change and software update”. That’s not something wrong, that’s the service I brought it in for, that was in the notes of my appointment, and that I spoke to you about beforehand. They just wanted to charge the additional diagnostic fee, after telling me it would only be if something was found. I had to argue to get the fee back and Jack hung up on me.I went and got my car back, without the tire rotation, without my transmission updated, and had to get a different mechanic to fix my wheel stud, that was fine before I took my car in.I will be taking my Acura to the other dealer from here on.

Great upscale car dealership. Our salesperson, Joshua, was awesome. No pressure, no embellishing. He answered every question we had. Highly recommended.

Great service I came in to have my car serviced and Kenny got me an Uber to take me home as well as getting my car washed. When I picked up my car he saw that the key battery was low and changed this out for me. Thank you for a great experience

Had my car in for recall work and I was lied to about an additional, suggested repair, where they stated something was leaking and failing and needed to be replaced. After further inspection from myself and another trusted mechanic, it was an outright lie. I have lost all faith and trust in this service department. They are in my opinion, opportunists and fraudsters.

Not going to lie, I was pretty irritated I had to deal with a minor recall on my newer MDX. However, they scheduled it pretty quickly, were on time for my apt, and stuck to the identified time period of 90 minutes. Additionally, I got it back with the exterior washed, and the inside wiped down and vacuumed. (And I have 3 kids, so it was not in prime condition). There was also a mint left on the seat and a cold bottle of water in my cup holder. Their waiting room had plenty of amenities and plenty of seating and space for me to work while waiting. All in all, it was the most possible pleasant experience I could have possibly had, considering I didn’t want to come in at all! I did buy this Acura from them, and will continue to come back in the future.

Driving through Denver and needed my cooling system checked after a recent overheat, turned radiator replacement issue. Vanessa was incredibly helpful, got me in within the hour and I was driving again after a 15 minute wait! One of the best experiences with Acura I’ve had.

Great Service department from top to bottom. Kenneth Starke, is friendly, personable and helpful. Travis McCoy was just as helpful when Kenneth wasn't there and Chris Zimmerman, the Service director, is great as well. Even the porters and support staff are friendly and professional. Great team!

I haven't even bought the car yet, but I've had such an outstanding experience I felt a review was necessary. This car dealer demonstrates true passion from the get go. Knowledgeable, kind, patient, and they truly care about the experience. Post COVID so many car dealers still have their head in the clouds, and as the market recovers service like you'll receive here is extremely rare. As a younger person it's more likely that I'm not treated as an actual customer, but even during the current initial stages of the buying process I've been shown nothing but respect and effort. Jimmy is my salesman, and he's top tier. With so few choices of Acura dealers in Colorado, in comparison to other brands, this ones the one to go to. Even if it's just for answers they'll go above and beyond. I'll update when I take delivery of the vehicle, but there's not a doubt in my mind; the quality of service is guaranteed to stay the same.

We brought my daughter’s 05 Honda Element in for a lot of work to be done. Travis was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us prioritize what was necessary to complete right away and what we could hold off on completing later. We are very pleased with his expertise and honesty.

I bought a car from them 4/20. I walked away thinking I was happy until I took the car in 2 weeks later for them to fix the seat that they promised to do at the time of sale. The timing belt needed to be replaced which they said "wasn't due" even though it had been over 7 years since it had been replaced last and only 3,000 miles away from 100,000 miles - they would not cover it because they stood by the fact that it wasn't due. When they were replacing the timing belt - they texted me saying that there was $2000 other items that came up that needed to be fixed ASAP !!! The service person admitted that these items had come up needing to be fixed prior to the sale of the car but that the Sales Manager declined fixing them. After the service person fought for me, they did fix these other items that came but I still had to pay for the timing belt that should have been covered by them. It did say on the paper work from Acura "timing belt should be replaced every 7 years or 100K miles - WHICH EVER COMES FIRST!" so they sold me a car that needed a timing belt and was way over priced what it was worth. Then when I went to get my plates, I had to pay a late fee at the DMV because I got the title card late from the dealership and they also had not done the emissions which was supposed to be done prior to the sale. It just seems like one disappointment after another with this dealership. I would steer clear of them as they do not seem honest. You'd probably be better off buying a car from one of the small lots off Broadway and pay way less for a vehicle that actually doesn't have issues before even driving it off the lot.
