We drove an hour and a half to get a shot, however, the couldn’t give the vaccine because they were closing in 20 mins. They weren’t busy. We were the only ones there. Since when does a shot take more than 20 mins?? Very disappointing!!

Had a vaccine appointment and there were 12 people ahead of me, several walk-ins. Took a full hour to get through the line. Absolute insanity. Why even make an appointment?
Staff need to be able to turn off check-in if the line gets too long.

Unprofessional to the point of unsafety. Today I went in for my chicken pox (varicella) vaccine. As I was looking up more information online, I kept seeing information about this being a 2-dose vaccine. This was a shock as the pharmacist did not mention that.
I called them and they confirmed yes, it was and they had already booked me for the second dose - an outright lie. I asked them to confirm the appointment for me and they ultimately admitted no, they must have booked that for someone else and I did not have a follow-up. I was unable to book my second dose as their system was not allowing them to book more than 2 weeks out.
This is scary and wildly negligent. These are supposed to the professionals who we look to for guidance and medical advice.

Hi, this by far the best CVS in the region. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and the wait time is much less than at other places. It is so easy to get my prescriptions filled. Calling is a bit complicated, however, if you leave a voice mail, I have found that staff calls me back right away.

Awful. Some of the most uncaring, condescending and unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have never been treated so horrible in my life. I'm changing pharmacies because of my experience. This pharmacy had been good my entire time going to then which has been almost 2 years, and I don't know if they got a new team or what not, but they truly have been awful to me.

Would be better if they had better customer service the pharmacy would be great granted I ask for alot of refills but with out my meds I'd be hurting they need to stop giving stair down looks and making people apologize for asking for their meds even though they can't help it there's one person that is always nice and she deserves a raise I feel uncomfortable getting my meds there

They are fast, smart, friendly and never rush you even when there is a line. Meghan, who works there is an absolute angel! She is the most helpful persone & is Amazing! Thank you Meghan!
