Would give negative if I could..... Never had a single decent experience with this store and I live less that 2 min away. Anyway, A lady named Mary (she might not be there anymore as this was years ago) made me never want to fill a prescription there again so I started filling them with another company. She was always condescending and rude. Then, one night, (last year), I went there 45min before their closing looking for remedies for my 2 year old who was throwing up and they were so rude and annoyed that I was there. As I was confused as to where to find something, they followed me around so I finally turned around and asked for help. Upon that, the lady was decent and said they were about to close so she helped me with my needs. Anyway, I called them today to see if they had a prescription that I need before my doctor sends it in ( it's difficult to find) and never received a call back at all. They claim they will call you back within an hour but it never happened. Just letting people know not to support this location... I know that I once (years ago) bought a bag of Doritos from them without an issue but other than that, they are awful!!!

Went here dropped off a prescription from the ER to be filled the next day still didn't have it filled took it to Walmart and got it filled in 15 mins. Don't bother with CVS they are terrible

Love this CVS! Everyone is helpful. The pharmacist that helped me pick out my allergy meds was amazing! It was a gentleman that helped me, and didn't catch his name - but thank you for all you do!

I watched a dog that was non service attack one of your employees today. Not good. When are place of business going to learn if a animal attacks someone inside a place of business the place of business could be held liable. The dog was also off leash. We have blurred the lines on where pets should and shouldn't be...especially untrained.

Saturday the 12th was the first time ever going to a CVS pharmacy, and it was the worst experience I've had in a long time. The young lady who attended me and my mom, who was visiting from out of state. Has short hair and chubby was very rude and didn't even acknowledge us when I asked her questions because it was my first time ever in a CVS. Me and my mom where checking out the young lady slam the push door next to cashier against my kart. Is like she was mad at me and my mom for no reason, she just gave us a very negative energy, and to be honest, I sense alot of hate and racism towards me and my mom. I will be in there to speak to the store manager about this situation because I don't want anyone to experience this kind of customer service with their loved ones.

Every time I shop at CVS I have a good experience. I am always greeted when I walk in and if I need anything they help me.
I am also very pleased with the pharmacy and the Pharmacists. I have no complaints.

They seem to have turned this place around. Filled an RX in 2 hours and very pleasant staff, no line today.

Terrible service here. I was treated so rudely when I called to check on a prescription that was on backorder. Basically I was told to go Walgreens but not in a nice way.

Nidal was amazing, I walked in and she made me laugh and helped with my photos I printed. She used a poster selection because they were out and it looked even better and she saved me $13 bucks! I drove here from Castle Rock and she made the trip work it! Thank you Nidal.

I just talked to the most condescending, discriminating pharmacist I have ever had the misfortune of speaking with. I asked for help identifying a better drug to treat my diabetes, since what I am currently prescribed is on back order, and was treated horribly. Super disappointed, as most pharmacists usually don’t mind consultations. I will never return to this location again, and look forward to the day when I am not longer restricted by CVS Caremark.

1) Noticed that CVS has hired more pharmacists and assistants.
2) This past week I needed to talk to a pharmacist about my spouse's condition. She spent the needed time to recommend over the counter products and actually left the pharmacy area to escort me as to where to purchase these items. I cannot tell you what a relief it was to get the needed information that my spouse needed. So grateful and appreciative for this pharmacist. Bless her!

Acused of trying to use my extracare card twice. Spent 90 minutes trying to get issue resolved with little success.Staff was clueless and I
would recommend avoiding this
store. As a senior citizen, I can't believe how poorly I was treated If I could give this store a -10, I would.

I arrived 12 minutes before closing to get 2 items. The lazy and rude employee rushed to lock the door as soon as she saw me pull into a parking spot. Unbelievable!

Do NOT go here unless you packed your lunch or dinner! I waited in the drive thru for 40 MINUTES!! The guy working the window had zero sense of urgency, was slow as molasses and looked to be high on something!! Worst pharmacy ever!! I will be transferring my scripts elsewhere!

I pulled up to the drive thru window, they were helping someone in front of me so I waited, he leaves I pulled up and they pulled the gate down and closed the drive thru right on me. I went in and there were a bunch of people behind the counter and it's closed for lunch. 1 - you should have a closed sign like a bank so no one sits there waiting & 2 - everyone shouldn't take lunch at the same time! This drive thru is awful! Changing pharmacies!
