DONT GO HERE!! The male pharmacist is very disrespectful. Looks like other people on this review thread has had the experience with him. Also, after 2 hours dealing with the pharmacy and on the phone with the doctor’s office and my insurance company… turns out CVS DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE MEDICINE!! Common sense is to check your stock first!Oh by the way… all CVS pharmacies got cyber hacked recently and many insurance companies won’t even send patient’s coverage information to CVS because of security reasons. Why are CVS pharmacies even open with a cyber hack?!?! Get ready to possibly pay full price. They won’t take coupons/Good RX as well.

Our insurance only lets us use Walgreens or CVS. We had a terrible experience with Walgreens and I was hesitant to switch to CVS because they reviews on here were equally terrible. I have been so grateful that we switched though. Employees are friendly and helpful, they get prescriptions quickly, their app actually works, drive thru pharmacy is open, and they are open consistent days/hours. Pleasantly surprised with this pharmacy.

This store is very clean and organized, but I’m not writing this review for that. There is a blonde woman named Vickie, that gets the 5 star review. She is so kind, and so helpful! She greets you as soon as you enter with a friendly smile, and always asks if she could help you find anything. She spent a lot of time today trying to help me find this certain flavored Red Bull, but it wasn’t anywhere in the store ( I left with just the cheez-its) she really makes this location stand out above the rest.

-Couldn't perform a scheduled covid vaccination because they let their lot expire and didn't order more.-Frequently out of prescriptions.-Overheard one pharmacist laughing about how he filled an Rx with 3x the concentration of a medication and only caught it because it was never picked up and he had to restock it.

It is stated online and twice outside their store that they are open until midnight- including a big light up sign right under their store name (not pictured). I got here around 11:10 PM because everywhere else in the area closes at 11. The lights were all on. I walk up and it's locked. No one seemed to be inside. I really needed some OTC medicine to help me sleep. So I drove here in the middle of the night for no reason.

The CVS is very badly understaffed. The line was consistently more than 20 people deep for at least two hours. And I know that because I was there for two hours waiting for them to fill my prescription. I finally gave up, knowing that it wouldn't be filled before the pharmacy closed.

The photo center at this location is always amazing. I have ordered different gifts from the photo center multiple times this year and everything came out even better than expected! Thank you!

If I could rate a 0, I would. The rudest, slowest service possible. As if they’re doing you a favor. Personally, I’d go to any other pharmacy than this CVS.

My son’s pediatrician sent over a prescription at 3:00 pm. I called at 5:00 and sat on hold for the pharmacy for 20 minutes, but nobody ever picked up to even acknowledge the call, so I went in person. The drive through window was closed, so I went inside. The pharmacy line was across the store, and a lady at the back of line told me she had already been there 15-20 minutes, so I decided to return later thinking they’d be less busy.6:40 pm I return and find the line not quite as long, but my son needed to start the antibiotics, so I hopped in line with 7 people in front of me. At 6:55, the pharmacist announced they’d be shutting the windows in 5 minutes. I thought surely they’d take care of the people in line at least, so I stayed out. I get to register at 6:59 and they tell me, it’s still not ready, and I should’ve come in earlier if my son needed his medicine today. I reminded them it only takes 10 minutes to mix up amoxicillin, but they said I would have to return in the morning at 9:00 am but advised me to show up before they opened to get in line. I would give them 0 stars if I could. How do they do this to people?

Bridget was outstanding. She helped me book a vaccine appointment over the phone and then I had the pleasure of her administering it a few weeks later. She was gentle and answered all my questions. Highly recommend if you can get in with her!

I’m horrified by how unprofessional the pharmacist Jason is. I was picking up my prescriptions this evening and there was a customer who was voicing her frustrations about service (lackthereof) she received throughout the day. The pharmacist, Jason, who was drawing up flu shots to administer to other clients, starts belligerently yelling at the woman in line. The exchange was so beyond inappropriate. It only stopped when he walked away to administer the boosters to those waiting. It’s troubling that someone who was so out of control of their emotions then proceeded to give medical care in the height of his rage. It’s worth noting that they have stopped answering their phones (for at least the last month +) and closed their drive thru due to staffing issues - although on the sign it says ‘call for Covid testing’, which is ironic considering they don’t answer. I do understand they’ve been short staffed and how much stress they’re under, but the exchange I was caught literally, physically in the middle of as I was at the register, was so disgustingly unnecessary that you cannot justify his actions. I’m so appalled. Please reconsider enabling this staff member with your business.

Absolutely out of hand. They are staffed with 1 Pharmacist and 2 technicians. The drive thru is closed, the drop off window is closed they no longer answer the phones.. They are so overwhelmed and frustrated it shows. I waited in a hour line to find out my prescriptions were not filled (they were sent 24 hours ago). Then had to wait again to pick them up. It was at 6:45 pm when I was finally done and there were 18 people in line behind me and they closed in 13 minutes. People would all be turned away. This is not a complaint on the team they are doing there best but management is 100% responsible for this disaster. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions out.
