I came in to exchange a pair of shoes and ended up getting a couple extra pairs.It was pretty busy but thanks to the great attitude and hard work of the associate, Dylan, things went super smooth. I had to take a min and make sure that Dylan knew how much I appreciated his ability to juggle so many customers with what looked like ease!Thanks!

Stopped by to make a purchase once I was at Check out I realized that I forgot my DICK’S credit card I asked the gentleman in the register if we can look up my card he right away said no we don’t do that here you have to have have your card. I mentioned to him that we have done it in the past before at this specific location and it was never an issue he them proceeded to say nope we don’t do this here I explained to him again that we have done it before and he looked at his co worker and said well these are older computers and we have newer computers so they are down and we can’t do this here with the older computers. Which is funny because we have done it before in that specific register but okay, if you done want to do it just say so I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I waited 20 minutes for the 17 year old kid to come back with the shoes I asked to try on. I'm sitting there waiting forever all while the three other teens who worked there were playing on their phones. He came back with the wrong shoes. I had to wait for another 20 minutes for him to come back with the wrong shoes again. After an hour of trying to get such a simple thing figured out - he said he found the box but there were no shoes in it.... Go literally anywhere else.

Went to this location to buy athletic shoes, and was helped by the absolute best shoe salesperson ever! Xavier knew absolutely everything about the various brands (bought Hoka’s) and was beyond patient and polite. Will only come here from now on for athletic shoes!

I went in on the Saturday after Black Friday so to say it was busy is an understatement. Peter took the time to walk me around to check all the items off my Christmas list. I was also here to pick up a bicycle that is going to be donated to charity. Carlos in the bike department was awesome.

Matt in golf, Deuce and Ryan the managers, and violet up front and manning the phones knocked it out of the park the other day. They deserve a raise and some extra PTO!Ordered a brand new set of clubs for the wife and they came missing a 7i and 9i, but also with two Ps. Go figure.Messaged online and they said to go to store. Was mildly disappointed but had golf trip the next day, so went to store. When I got there, violet directed me to Matt in golf. Unable to find an exact match, he was able to find a similar set at the price point that looked close enough, too.Deuce and Ryan provided the manager approval and made it super easy. Matt was the "quarterback" who led from start to finish and ensured we were made whole, as customers.Overall very pleased with the autonomy provided to this team to do the right thing for all parties. Kudos.

Britney is a rock star! I was trying to order basketball shoes with a coupon and could not do it on line so a drove to the store. She was so helpful and quickly solved my issue. She should be in charge of all customer training traine classes! When I checked out with another purchase the cashier was equally as helpful. Well done!

Staff had to have asked me at least ten times if I needed help. Very obnoxious. So preoccupied with asking if I need help they let a group of teenage idiots basically play a half of football in the isle next to me. Poor allocation of staff.

The company should train their employees before they are on the field. People who stand in the front of the store and they are soooo rude and has a bad manner.I parked at the parking lot and didnt see the sign for the curbside pick up. they said it was so i went out to remove my car. I turned my engine on and look for map to go someplace else, guess what, he walked out of store and say," hey, dont park there and used hand gesture with the a tone of voice. Couldnt you wait not even a minute?ALL YOU HAD TO DO IS USE NICE VOICE!!Even if the customer was wrong or made mistake, you dont talk like that to future customer! You wouldnt know how much that customer potentionally purchase?no wonder you guys have low reviews

My online order that I placed shipped from this store. I made sure to put in the correct shipping address as I just moved. They still shipped it to my previous address. It also shipped a day earlier and I learned about this by tracking the order as I wasn't notified. By the time I got down to my old townhouse the package was gone. Online customer service told me to call the store it shipped from to get this resolved which was this store. I spoke with Balthazar (not sure if that's how it's spelled) and he told me he didn't feel comfortable making that decision and another manager would call me. I called 2 days after not receiving a call back was put on hold for about 10 or 15 minutes and they said they took my information down and someone would call me. It's now been 4 days and nothing. It's ok, you guys have my money so I guess that's good enough for you. I paid$165 for shoes where you guys changed the address and delivery date without notifying me and I never got my shoes. Terrible customer service. I went ahead and got pretty much the same pair from Nike and they actually notified me that they're arriving today. Thanks for stealing my money. You don't care about your customers, just what you can get out of them. I'm going to 1 star review you until you make it right. I don't care how many gmails I create. You don't take money from and then blow off your customers.
